The employees at Tidal Wave are always friendly & greet you with a smile. The car wash is easy to maneuver with lots of options at great price points! We love the vacuum station & cleaning rags always readily available!
Update: Dealing with the manager over this is a nightmare. My husband has requested I wait to post a full update until it’s done. There’s quite a bit to this, so bear with me. 1.) They’re more expensive than anyone else in my area and employees don’t take no for an answer with their “promotions.” 2.) It’s better than some of the cheap washes, but we were discussing getting rid of our membership because a lot of places are cheaper for just as good of wash. 3.) Big car wash and very busy. They have two porters on both sides with a scrub brush to get the bottom side and wheels. It's a so-so car wash. My car didn't get as clean on the outside like I expected it to be. A few spots were missed. The picture that you see are not even 30 minutes old when I left the car wash.
Always a great experience and if something ever goes wrong they always try to make it right! Love them ! Employees are also nice! I got cussed out at quick car wash employees though! So recommend this car wash!
Jose is amazing!! He did an incredible job on my car, and clearly takes pride in his work. He is quick, efficient, and professional!!! Such a great and friendly guy!
