Update: Dealing with the manager over this is a nightmare. My husband has requested I wait to post a full update until it’s done. There’s quite a bit to this, so bear with me. 1.) Even when fully staffed, few are doing adequate prep of vehicles. After speaking to the manager about poor service, he assured me that if they see a need for more pre-scrubbing, they'll do it. Not so. My vehicle was still filthy, AND they won't allow you to do your own pre-scrub.
