This was the absolute worst car wash I’ve ever had! I went straight to the grocery store after leaving the car wash. When I was loading my groceries, I saw the filth that still remained on my passenger-side rear panel. I immediately returned to the car wash, and the person checking me in even agreed that the first wash did not do a good job. I was talked into buying the most expensive car wash as a traveling visitor and was told, “If this doesn’t get your truck clean, we’ll make it right.” After running through, I went back to the woman who sold me the package and showed her everything that was still dirty. She said she’d speak with her manager. Well, she did—and his response was that because I’m not a member, I cannot go back through the wash again. If I could give zero stars I would! I actually loved this place till today. I was playing my music maybe a lil too loud when the “manager” came up to me she was rude and tried being rude to my kid too. I get it music was probably loud it’s the way she spoke to me. I had a great experience Cassandra who helped me was extremely kind and super helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything quick and easy, and her friendly attitude really stood out. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a car wash!

Update: Dealing with the manager over this is a nightmare. My husband has requested I wait to post a full update until it’s done. There’s quite a bit to this, so bear with me. 1.) They’re more expensive than anyone else in my area and employees don’t take no for an answer with their “promotions.” 2.) It’s better than some of the cheap washes, but we were discussing getting rid of our membership because a lot of places are cheaper for just as good of wash. 3.)
