Update: Dealing with the manager over this is a nightmare. My husband has requested I wait to post a full update until it’s done. There’s quite a bit to this, so bear with me. 1.) They’re more expensive than anyone else in my area and employees don’t take no for an answer with their “promotions.” 2.) Just got my car washed and I’m really impressed! They took their time and made sure every inch was spotless specially, cause my car was extremely dirty from dirt roads! Jose was very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend them if you want your vehicle washed throughly and a friendly environment!!
The employees at Tidal Wave are always friendly & greet you with a smile. The car wash is easy to maneuver with lots of options at great price points! We love the vacuum station & cleaning rags always readily available!
He was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing wash for my car today. He easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared about doing a good job. Keep up the excellent work!
Big car wash and very busy. They have two porters on both sides with a scrub brush to get the bottom side and wheels. It's a so-so car wash. My car didn't get as clean on the outside like I expected it to be. A few spots were missed. The picture that you see are not even 30 minutes old when I left the car wash.
