Giving this two stars when it could have been 5 stars. Reason I'm rating the 2 stars is based off customer service and the set up. The attendants here are not very welcoming and slow to presoak the vehicle, even then no smiles or welcoming attitude. Just cold and straight faced. I also don't feel like it should be a mandatory wash just to vacuum out your vehicle, let alone do the wash before vacuum? I'm one of those that likes to vacuum first then wash. The absolute best car wash I’ve ever been to. People have good spirits and make your experience worth your time. Also the way they make sure your windows and front and back are good and clean before you even go through the car wash! 👍🏼🤗
I’ve been coming to Tidal for a while now, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back is the incredible service from Craig . He always goes above and beyond, he is super friendly, takes pride in the job, and is consistently helpful every single time. That level of customer service is rare these days. Big thanks to him and the team!
Drove through the Jacksonville location this morning. When I drove out of the carwash, my back windshield was not clean. Spoke to an employee. They washed and rinsed it off. Very nice employees! The problem is my windows and car are now spotted. I use drive through carwashes because of the dryer. You’re alot less likely to have water spots especially on the glass. Wasted $26 this morning. The only reason I scored 3 stars is because of the employees.
Had an excellent experience at Tidal Wave Wash thanks to DeCameron! He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
