I had an excellent experience at Tidal Wave!! The staff was friendly and worked quickly, but they didn’t cut corners. My car came out spotless inside and out!… even the small details like the vents and door jambs were cleaned perfectly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the pricing felt fair for the quality of service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Giving this two stars when it could have been 5 stars. Reason I'm rating the 2 stars is based off customer service and the set up. The attendants here are not very welcoming and slow to presoak the vehicle, even then no smiles or welcoming attitude. Just cold and straight faced. I also don't feel like it should be a mandatory wash just to vacuum out your vehicle, let alone do the wash before vacuum? I'm one of those that likes to vacuum first then wash. The level came down on my car and I didn’t even get an apology the man wanted my insurance. I’ve been a loyal customer for about a year. I’ve been on the monthly plan but after how I was treated I’m canceling my member ship and telling my friends gluex in Tyler is better and they have great customer service

The absolute best car wash I’ve ever been to. People have good spirits and make your experience worth your time. Also the way they make sure your windows and front and back are good and clean before you even go through the car wash! 👍🏼🤗
