Our truck stood parked 6 months under cover, but still exposed to dust, pollen and birds. I finally fixed it, got it registered and decided to take it to Tidal Wave to get it cleaned. Before we left, I hosed it off really well just so I could see through the windows and dislodge a majority of the bird pooh. Got to Tidal Wave and I told them specifically that we had lots of bird poop on the doors, mirrors and the hatch of the camper shell. They "scrubbed" somewhat. Got through. For this area they are the only one I go to, but with that being said... they still do not get my truck completely clean. The body grooves and behind the mirrors where they fold into the truck are still stained from dirt. Maybe if the tenants would scrub with the brushes there a little bit before we went through, it might be better. I can say this is the first time I've been through. And they actually did more spraying with the pressure washer under my wheel Wells and scrubbing my truck with brushes before I went in. All in ... read more

After the attendant scolded me for trying to use the unattended terminal, I watched him scrub the car in front with dirty bucket water, which he then used on mine. I was told to pull forward and wasn’t lined up so my tire got yanked sideways inside track. Not a single bug came off the car after the scrub brush and tunnel wash. First of all….this not a miracle car-washing machine!!! bugs that are caked on & baked on from texas heat are not gonna all come off without some extra human efforts -called “elbow grease”! This is the only car wash I have been to from Palestine to Galveston that has a pre-scrub bay snd yet they still cannot take the time to detail each and every vehicle prior to going through car wash! This is the first time I have used your car wash. It will be the last. I pointed out to the attendant after the first wash that it didn't even clean my back windshield. The trunk was still dirty and it didn't get the area by my side view mirrors. He "let" me go through again. Then I showed him all the same areas that weren't clean. He simply said "I don't know why it's doing that". Horrible experience.
