First of all….this not a miracle car-washing machine!!! bugs that are caked on & baked on from texas heat are not gonna all come off without some extra human efforts -called “elbow grease”! This is the only car wash I have been to from Palestine to Galveston that has a pre-scrub bay snd yet they still cannot take the time to detail each and every vehicle prior to going through car wash! Gees Louise! I've not been to a better car wash--EVER. I bought the $21 service and it removed every speck of bug and grime from my 2012 Jeep Liberty, plus made my wheels and tires shine like new. In fact, the whole jeep sparkles now! The whole wash took less than 5 minutes. I don't know how they do it, but this place is worth every penny!
Juan Zamora helped me establish a new membership & answered all my questions. He also helped me with an issue with their vacuum. Definitely recommend Tidal Wave in Palestine for your next car wash.
This car wash does more work on my bug covered car. I am thankful for the extra they put into it. I saw the car in front of me give the two guys doing the bumpers and windshields as tip. Had never even considered it, now I feel bad for not tipping. But I did want to thank them for going the extra mile....
Phenomenal service! The wash itself gets my vehicle better then any wash I've ever been to. I drive on dirt roads and go in filthy and gets .y car immaculate ever time!
