The very first time I went through their Carwash after signing up, they did a good job. After being a member for a while now, they’ve gotten very lazy about using the brush on your vehicle right before going through the automated part. They aren’t at the post to pre wash your car half the time. The guy inside at the beginning when you pull up is especially lazy and has a bad attitude. Jack has that mix of professionalism and charisma that makes you want to come back even if your car isn’t dirty . He works fast, he works clean, and he somehow makes customer service feel like a VIP moment. The way he pays attention to detail? Unreal. The man is amazing at what he does. tidal wave is blessed to have him.

I'd think for the amount of money you spend, your car would come out spotless and shine. I'll save my money and wash it myself at a little self serve car wash. The attendants are great, though.

Service & speed of the washes are excellent and I feel my car gets cleaned very very well. Ive been a member for 2 months and I come multiple times per week. My only issue is that every 2 or 3 washes is a different wash than what I pay for. I pay $35 a month for the dry & shine, but will sometimes go through and only get the tire shine. It is a bit frustrating because I am paying for the dry and shine, but not always receiving that wash. I understand things happen, but this has happened multiple times.

These drive through car washes are always just mediocre but Tidal Wave left lots of dirt on my car. The back end was barely touched and there were missed spots along the sides.
