Service & speed of the washes are excellent and I feel my car gets cleaned very very well. Ive been a member for 2 months and I come multiple times per week. My only issue is that every 2 or 3 washes is a different wash than what I pay for. I pay $35 a month for the dry & shine, but will sometimes go through and only get the tire shine. It is a bit frustrating because I am paying for the dry and shine, but not always receiving that wash. I understand things happen, but this has happened multiple times.

Brandon, who works his tail off at your Nacogdoches location, does a most excellent job! He works extremely hard, goes beyond his duties to make sure every vehicle is spotless and every customer is pleased, he is extremely polite, professional, helpful, and respectful. You should be proud to have Brandon as an invaluable employee. It makes this old guy proud to see a decent, fine young man such as Brandon working hard and taking pride in a job well done. Kudos, to Brandon!

I upgraded to the highest level for $5 more and absolutely love how much shiner my car looks...and it stays cleaner...i get compliments all the time! Mine is the black one.

I’m from out of town and went through the car wash yesterday. The attendant was so thorough and did a great job washing the east Texas dirt off my car. I pulled around and asked his name. Thank you, Ethan for doing a great job!!

The young man who scrubs the cars as you pull in did great! My car was a mess and I live on a dirt road to it stays rough looking but he made sure it looked clean and nice before I ever pulled into the car wash!! Really really appreciate that man!
