I'd think for the amount of money you spend, your car would come out spotless and shine. I'll save my money and wash it myself at a little self serve car wash. The attendants are great, though.

Jack has that mix of professionalism and charisma that makes you want to come back even if your car isn’t dirty . He works fast, he works clean, and he somehow makes customer service feel like a VIP moment. The way he pays attention to detail? Unreal. The man is amazing at what he does. tidal wave is blessed to have him.

Washed my Toyota Tundra a few times there. Very good results except a few area where the brush didn’t hit on the side. Staff was nice and helpful. Only one vacuum per bay to clean the interior.

Service & speed of the washes are excellent and I feel my car gets cleaned very very well. Ive been a member for 2 months and I come multiple times per week. My only issue is that every 2 or 3 washes is a different wash than what I pay for. I pay $35 a month for the dry & shine, but will sometimes go through and only get the tire shine. It is a bit frustrating because I am paying for the dry and shine, but not always receiving that wash. I understand things happen, but this has happened multiple times.

The young man who scrubs the cars as you pull in did great! My car was a mess and I live on a dirt road to it stays rough looking but he made sure it looked clean and nice before I ever pulled into the car wash!! Really really appreciate that man!
