The very first time I went through their Carwash after signing up, they did a good job. After being a member for a while now, they’ve gotten very lazy about using the brush on your vehicle right before going through the automated part. They aren’t at the post to pre wash your car half the time. The guy inside at the beginning when you pull up is especially lazy and has a bad attitude. I'd think for the amount of money you spend, your car would come out spotless and shine. I'll save my money and wash it myself at a little self serve car wash. The attendants are great, though.
Service & speed of the washes are excellent and I feel my car gets cleaned very very well. Ive been a member for 2 months and I come multiple times per week. My only issue is that every 2 or 3 washes is a different wash than what I pay for. I pay $35 a month for the dry & shine, but will sometimes go through and only get the tire shine. It is a bit frustrating because I am paying for the dry and shine, but not always receiving that wash. I understand things happen, but this has happened multiple times.
Washed my Toyota Tundra a few times there. Very good results except a few area where the brush didn’t hit on the side. Staff was nice and helpful. Only one vacuum per bay to clean the interior.
Brandon, who works his tail off at your Nacogdoches location, does a most excellent job! He works extremely hard, goes beyond his duties to make sure every vehicle is spotless and every customer is pleased, he is extremely polite, professional, helpful, and respectful. You should be proud to have Brandon as an invaluable employee. It makes this old guy proud to see a decent, fine young man such as Brandon working hard and taking pride in a job well done.
