Overall subpar for deep clean. I purchased the highest tier and the cloth dry at the end didn’t function. Car came out with water spots everywhere. Bug spots on front grate weren’t cleaned. Tires came out nice but rims were noticeably still dirty. I had to spend an hour with my cloth to get most of the water spots out. The provided cloths were great and vacuum and air were very helpful. If you want a deep clean go somewhere else. If it’s just a quick clean this place will work.

I was disappointed with my experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa. After going through the wash, there was still dirt and grime all over the exterior (see photos). I pointed it out to the young man at the end of the wash, and he agreed the car wasn’t clean and told me I could run it through again. However, when I pulled back around, the gate attendant refused and said I could only re-enter if there was an “AB” error code. That was frustrating because another employee had already acknowledged the wash didn’t do its job. I unders... read more

I can’t say enough good things about Tidal Wave Auto Spa in North Richland Hills! From the moment you pull in, the place radiates energy and professionalism. The wash itself is top‑notch — spotless finish, streak‑free shine, and the free vacuums and towels are a huge bonus. But what really sets this location apart is the team, especially Malachi. He goes above and beyond every single time. Malachi greets customers with genuine warmth, makes sure the process is smooth, and pays attention to the little details that elevate th... read more

This car wash has always been amazing every time I’ve come. They have multiple different price levels to choose from, but even there most expensive one doesn’t feel too unreasonable. The staff here is also 10/10 every time. Shout out to Ben for helping us this last time, I had some questions about the membership and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that I had all my questions answered.

This car wash was great. A nice attendant at the gate to help me select my wash option pointed out several ways to save money on multiple washes per year. The monthly membership dues are lower than some other car washes in the immediate area. Does the current membership model feel like a gimmicky gym membership? Yes, but thus one is better than most. Great wash and dry. Free vacuum station is nice too.
