Tidal Wave Auto Spa delivered a true 5-star experience! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, efficient, and well organized. A special shoutout to Malikar for his professionalism and outgoing personality — he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly and made the visit enjoyable. You can tell they take pride in their customer service and the quality of their work. My vehicle came out looking fantastic. Highly recommended!

This car wash was great. A nice attendant at the gate to help me select my wash option pointed out several ways to save money on multiple washes per year. The monthly membership dues are lower than some other car washes in the immediate area. Does the current membership model feel like a gimmicky gym membership? Yes, but thus one is better than most. Great wash and dry. Free vacuum station is nice too.
They’ve finally made it impossible to get a simple car wash. The last couple of times it was painful to pull up and simply ask the employee to let you just select a plain Jane wash…today it became impossible. I don’t know if the employee was pushing too hard or the management is demanding this, but here is what happened… I pulled up in a pollen covered car, and the selection touch screen is no longer displayed. The quality of the wash is good, however quality control is significantly lacking. Towel replenishment is very poor. Often all stations are without towels. If there are towels, they are SOAKING wet. Many vacuums have been broken for months, as well as the dust blowers. Not quite sure if there has been a management change or just poor oversight from the leadership team/franchise owner. This place has really gone down hill in the last 6-8 months.
