Absolutely terrible experience. I paid for their wash and even added an extra package, but my car came out looking exactly the same—if not worse. The machines weren't even running or working properly, yet they kept accepting cars and taking people's money anyway. It was a complete waste of time and money. I am never coming back here again! This car wash is a scam. My wife goes there and signs up for the membership. She has a sticker they gave her and put on windshield. She goes back 3 days later thru membership and it does not work. They guy working says she bought a single wash. Why would you give me a sticker then. Supposedly the assistant manager working the gate said the manager is to busy to handle this problem and is not available. They told her it was good for 30 days and they will bill her. I had a terrible experience at this car wash and would strongly caution others. After my car went through, I immediately noticed that no soap had been dispensed. I got out and informed the employee on site, who completely ignored me. Despite being aware of the issue, they continued allowing multiple cars to go through the wash. When I finally spoke to the manager, he admitted the system wasn’t working properly and said he was “testing it” by letting cars continue through — meaning vehicles were essentially being dry rubbed... read more
Great customer service. Give more importance to customer satisfaction than anything else. Employees enjoy their job. Recommend this car wash to very one for a great experience. Will definitely be returning!
Two weeks ago took my Jeep Grand Cherokee through Tidal Wave's Car Wash and experienced a highly frustrating situation. During the wash, the machine somehow grabbed hold of my roof rack, ripping it off along with the screws, and caused significant damage to the roof of my vehicle. Initially, the employees there were helpful, apologizing and guiding me on the next steps to file a claim.
