Two weeks ago took my Jeep Grand Cherokee through Tidal Wave's Car Wash and experienced a highly frustrating situation. During the wash, the machine somehow grabbed hold of my roof rack, ripping it off along with the screws, and caused significant damage to the roof of my vehicle. Initially, the employees there were helpful, apologizing and guiding me on the next steps to file a claim. My go to car wash where I take both my cars and have a monthly membership for my daily car. It’s a great car wash the only reason I don’t give it all 5 stars is because of lack of effort of the employees who brush your vehicle before getting in the actual car wash. There’s also been times where there’s only one person there and they don’t even touch the back of the car. They have a very easy and simple job and they put no effort into it whatsoever.
Management and the staff are always so helpful, nice and are always Johnny on the spot if there are any problems. My family visits the Tidal Wave on Pearland Parkway in Houston, Texas nearly everyday. We feel like we are getting a great deal with the monthly membership. People often comment on how clean our vehicles look.
This place is awesome! My Tahoe comes out so clean and pretty! Service is always amazing.. Austin is the best! I highly recommend this place! The best in the area for sure. Edit: still a great place to go to get your vehicle looking its best! Thank you 😊👍
