Two weeks ago took my Jeep Grand Cherokee through Tidal Wave's Car Wash and experienced a highly frustrating situation. During the wash, the machine somehow grabbed hold of my roof rack, ripping it off along with the screws, and caused significant damage to the roof of my vehicle. Initially, the employees there were helpful, apologizing and guiding me on the next steps to file a claim. Maybe they are just tired, it is 6pm and these guys are not even trying with the brushes. Did brush windshield right in front of me and that was it. My grill had bugs all over as well as the windshield. Watched 3 cars go through and they did same, just right in front of the driver. Caden was the manager there, he did offer a free wash, but did not tell them to work. Been here before and they did a good job, not now..
I’ve been getting my car washed here for almost a year and I’ve had zero problems. But today whatever brush the young man used scratched up my hood. Not only that my right front mirror cover fell off in the machine. I closed my mirrors in and didn’t feel anything hit my car while in the machine.
