I had an amazing experience at this car wash! The service was fast, professional, and my car looked brand-new when they were done. I especially want to highlight Samuel, who took exceptional care of my car. His attention to detail, friendliness, and dedication truly stood out. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I absolutely loved the service — highly recommended!
Came back from a long roadtrip with car covered with caked on bugs. Asked the crew to help with all the bugs. They did a great job prepping the car and we only had to go through once. They even have free vacuums and high pressure air hoses which are an added bonus as we were able to reach some of the tight spaces the vacuum can"t reach. VERY impressed with the one guy who took the extra time to scrub all the bugs on the front of the car. Two weeks ago took my Jeep Grand Cherokee through Tidal Wave's Car Wash and experienced a highly frustrating situation. During the wash, the machine somehow grabbed hold of my roof rack, ripping it off along with the screws, and caused significant damage to the roof of my vehicle. Initially, the employees there were helpful, apologizing and guiding me on the next steps to file a claim. Maybe they are just tired, it is 6pm and these guys are not even trying with the brushes. Did brush windshield right in front of me and that was it. My grill had bugs all over as well as the windshield. Watched 3 cars go through and they did same, just right in front of the driver. Caden was the manager there, he did offer a free wash, but did not tell them to work. Been here before and they did a good job, not now..
Had an issue that damaged my vehicle and was very disappointed with previous management. Sam is the new manager and handled the situation with empathy and took care of me. I was ready to cancel my membership but after talking to Sam I am staying as a loyal customer. Thank you for all your professionalism and assistance Sam.
