I’ve been coming here for a while now and figured it’s time for a review. I tried them out one day and even with the base wash my car came out shiny and there was even tire shine. Since then I’ve signed up all three of my vehicles for an unlimited monthly plan and I don’t regret it. Every time I come I’m greeted by Cam, one of the employees here. He’s been great and has made my whole experience here very smooth. I’ll definitely be a customer here for a long time!
Cam was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure my car looked perfect before I left. Super friendly, professional, and detail-oriented you can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in his job. The whole experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa was quick and easy thanks to him. Highly recommend asking for Cam if you want great service and a spotless car!
Not a good experience. Their car wash ripped the sensor cover straight from my car. The employee I spoke with didn't really seem apologetic nor did he apologize for the innocent. Told me I would have to go get it repair myself for them to possibly reimburse me. Not happy!
I had an awesome experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Katy! Cam was the best — super friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Love going to this car wash! It’s near my home and the service is always great! Cam is always super helpful and I look forward to seeing him whenever I go. He goes above and beyond and always has a smile on his face. Great job Tidal wave of Katy and Cam!
