I have been a member since November. Was great until the end of January. Since Jan 28th I have attempted to get my car wash 7 times in 7 weeks and 5 of them the car wash was closed due to maintenance. I was told there was a pressure issue by the staff. I asked the staff if I could get credit for the month+ of down time due to technical issues and they asked me to contact home office. When I contacted home office, they told me I needed talk to the on site staff... Give them a miss until they call fix the technical issue... read more
Blake was excellent in helping me get some missed marked off of my car. He said they would attend the scrubber and check it to ensure it was working properly after bringing it to his attention. I appreciate service like that!
Tidal Wave Spa is the place to go!!! Nice friendly environment, clean facilities, hospitable staff, you couldn’t ask for more. I was blown away by the attention to detail and the amount of help I received by the staff. I say staff but I was helped by one young man in particular who answered all my questions and did a fantastic job, Blake. He truly stands out and makes this place especially great.
I really enjoyed my car wash experience! The service was quick, and my car looked spotless afterward. The attention to detail was impressive, and everything was done with care. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Tidal wave spa is AMAZING. I purchased the Pass and during pollen season was able to keep my car clean at no extra cost. Thank you Sam you're the best for setting me up with the membership! P.s. I also love that they have towels and cleaner for you to use.
