Always a great experience when I get my car wash here! Never had any issues and customer service is great! There is one worker, name is Jameson, is very helpful. Always hard to come across good car wash facilities but this one is 👍🏽!

Not a great experience here. Have been a member for 8-9 months now. About half the time I go to the car wash, there are technical issues with the equipment and it is "temporary" closed. When it is open, they are always out of towels to wipe down the car. Went today for the first time in a couple of months. Car has been sitting mostly while I was away for work on travel. But two 100 mile round trips this week had left a lot of love bugs on the front. The car wash did almost nothing to remove them, so I spent 25 minutes... read more

I’m not one to leave a review on a car wash facility but just had a great experience. Everyone was really friendly, detail oriented, and politely invited me back without feeling “salesy”. Jameson was exceptional, a very sweet young man. I’m definitely coming back!

This place was second to none!! I was blown away by the professionalism of the employees there. This one young man there named Jameson was an absolute delight to deal with. If every person at any establishment had a Jameson working for them, this world would be a better place.

I stopped by Tidal Wave Car Spa recently and was really impressed with the service and how clean my car turned out. Jameson helped me during my visit and was polite, hardworking, and professional. The whole I’ll definitely be back!
