horrible experience all 4 of my wheels got curbed and when i talked to the manager told me they would look at the footage then proceeded to call me and tell me i was at fault as my wheels were curbed before entering there tunnel which they weren't as i can prove overall 1/10 don’t recommend them

Be aware that the dyers are controlled by what you spend for the wash. My SUV wasn’t dirty but just needed the dust knocked off so I ran it through for $12.00. What I came out it was like the dryers weren’t even working! When I questioned it (even saying that I realized I only paid $12.) I was told that basically it was because of the level of what I paid. Such garbage. I’ll continue to use White Water Car Wash since they don’t discriminate because of what you pay. AND the dyers are awesome!!! Thanks Guys…you tried but it wa... read more

There is always an employee standing at the pay center who helps you understand the different car wash selections and gives you options. They are not hard salesmen... only giving choices. And one of those choices is a reduced subscription price. Once you make your selection there's another employee that washes hard to reach areas before the car wash begins. I am very satisfied with the way my car is washed and cleaned. There is a covered area for vacuuming with numerous vacuums with plenty of power. In my opinion, you could ... read more

I love Tidal Wave. I have the monthly package and I come a few times a week. It more than pays for itself. My dog Domino loves coming for the treats lol. Everyone who work there is great as well. Especially James B. He is there nearly every time I come. He's always pleasant and has a quick chat with me and my pup when I come through. Also Ethan I. is a good guy as well that's always friendly. Everyone else I don't know by name keep up the good work.

I’ve had a membership for about a year. They have always been phenomenal. James talked me into upgrading to the best car wash and there are NO regrets. My car always leaves sparkling! Thank you James & the other staff for always being so helpful & nice!!
