I love tidal wave and there vacuum but when my mom and I came tonight to clean her car we where never told that the vacuum shut off at 7:15. And we just got started vacuuming when they stopped working and the people working tonight could not turn them back on or even tell us they they close at 7. We got here at 6:45. They needed to communicate more on what time they close.
I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices at Tidal Wave Auto Spa. I was originally quoted $49.97/month for a membership, but for the past five months, I have been charged $250.00 per month without authorization or explanation. I have attempted to resolve this, but being overcharged over $1,000 in total is unacceptable. This feels like a predatory billing practice. First time here. Very professional people. Will definitely come back if I'm over this way. The wash bay was good. Did a great job. The vacuum area was large and clean. Has overhead shade to keep you out of the sun. They provide towels and window cleaner.
The best car wash in Marshall! They always provide a great wash, leaving my car spotless, and looking as clean as the day I picked it up from the dealership! Amazing customer service provided by their excellent employees…my favorite being Zach, he is very informative, and helpful…it’s like he knows exactly how to help me figure out what I need to be satisfied with my experience every time I come! Much appreciated Tidal Wave and Zach!
The worst car wash you can go to. Make sure they aren’t OVER charging you every time, my card was charged $250 for 3 months in a row with NO explanation. Will not be going back.
