Stopped by this location today and it was awesome. The employees were great. I spoke with a guy named Brian he was knowledgeable and very well spoken. He took his time spraying my truck before sending me through. I like that they have towels out for us as well as window cleaner. Can’t forget the free vacuums either. Nice car wash.
The best car wash in Marshall! They always provide a great wash, leaving my car spotless, and looking as clean as the day I picked it up from the dealership! Amazing customer service provided by their excellent employees…my favorite being Zach, he is very informative, and helpful…it’s like he knows exactly how to help me figure out what I need to be satisfied with my experience every time I come! Much appreciated Tidal Wave and Zach!
My family loves this car wash. I love that they have towels as well as window cleaner for their customers. Brian is always very friendly and was so helpful explaining the monthly plans to us. He went above and beyond helping me. Thank you again for another wonderful experience.
First time coming through here, and it was absolutely phenomenal, I spoke with Kevin about the membership and he really broke everything down to me, he was so helpful, the staff here was just amazing, smiling faces and treated me like I was home away from home. The wash did an amazing job on my car. Vacuum area was nice and clean and so much space. I absolutely love tidal wave. Thank you Marshall team !
my mom and i visited this location last week nice drive through car wash. they have towels and window cleaner for customer use. best vacuums in town. Brian was extremely helpful. he assisted my mom with getting a monthly plan. so we will definitely be back.
