Looked nice but was turned away for some mud on the tires. Which is fine just a heads up to anyone looking in advance, don’t go if your car is dirty. Edit: Updating my earlier review. Took the time to spray off tires and around tires with a pressure washer before going back to try again. The basic wash was good and worth the money and the vaccums were great compared to other washes.

I love tidal wave and there vacuum but when my mom and I came tonight to clean her car we where never told that the vacuum shut off at 7:15. And we just got started vacuuming when they stopped working and the people working tonight could not turn them back on or even tell us they they close at 7. We got here at 6:45. They needed to communicate more on what time they close.

I usually love this place but, the last couple times I’ve been there, my truck is still dirty and I end up wiping dirt off by hand, I expect better when I’m paying $50 a month, that’s why I pay $50 a month… I don’t wanna hand wash.

Horrible, the man directing us in to the wash was not even looking at us,so while I was being told to move forward my tire was not where it needed to be!! Didn't not do a walk around wash. My car looks the same all the dirt is still on it and now waxed over. I would not ever recommend this place and will not return!

Every time I go, the car wash doesn't even always rinse off all the soap off of my vehicle. Half of the vacuums don't work or fall apart when you touch them. And WHEN they do have cleaning supplies out. Their towels smell awful.
