I bought to biggest “best” wash possible. I pulled up, the attendants slapped that brush right on my car, no worries about leaving scratches or dents. He pushed it back and forth a total of two times on the windshield, and walked away. Went through the was thinking I should have a clean car, so I pulled over to check. Man was I wrong, dust and dirt still all over. Bugs caked on the bumper and hood still, rear bumper looked like it hadn’t even been touched, and water spots all over. Def not work the $40 I spent. Just visited for the first time today and was very pleased with how friendly the staff was upon our arrival! And we really liked the use of the brushes on the windshield in the front of the car and the back glass. What a big difference! Our new place! Not to mention, the $12 price point for wash and tire shine is more reasonable than our previous place!! Thank you!!
Love this location and pricing… I do wish y’all would put more tire shine stuff on the tire shine contraption. But other than that, everything is great. Dealt with Amber today and she was awesome as well.
The person who checked us in charged for the wrong wash and then just said "oh well you asked for that one" when I know I hadn't. The brushes scratched the clear coat beside the swindshield and now I have to pay for the repairs. It's a car that is a month old and couldn't have gotten the damage anywhere else.
Customer service is horrible. Managers are complacent when an incident report was made they failed to follow up. After 3 weeks of the initial incident and requesting for 3 different quotes for damage that was provided, they failed to follow up on any of my request or even report the incident. The damage was a side view mirror cover that was broken during the drive thru car wash. The issue is not a financial problem it was the way they handled the situation with me.
