DO NOT USE TIDAL WAVE AUTOSPA. The site manager at Tidal Wave auto spa called to inform me I will be receiving a denial letter in reference to my request for them to fix the damages on my vehicle. I pulled up to the car wash, entered the tunnel, exited the tunnel, wiped down the inside of my car, vacuumed it (walking back and forth around the back of my vehicle.) At approximately 2 PM today (2-10-26), in a red Ford Expedition, I approached the kiosk at tidal wave car wash in Lawton and was approached by an employee that started her marketing speech. Tidal Wave Auto Spa keeps my car looking brand new every time. The drive-thru wash is quick and easy, and the free vacuums have great suction power. Staff is friendly when you pull up, and the place stays clean. It’s definitely set up best for members, if you wash often, the unlimited plan looks worth it. Even for a single wash though, my car came out shiny and spotless. ✅ Strong vacuums ✅ Smooth drive-thru wash ✅ Clean facility & helpful staff
It's valentines day and there was an attendant at the gate giving out roses to everyone. Amber was the attendant. She is always nice and has a smile on her face. The people that work there are great. I go there between 3-4 times a week to get my car washed and have never had a bad experience.
Negligent and Irresponsible! Tidal Wave Car Wash on Sheridan Rd in Lawton, OK, caused damage to my vehicle and then took zero accountability. While going through their tunnel wash, the machine ripped the side mirror off my vehicle. I immediately reported the incident, and photo evidence was taken on-site.
