I bought to biggest “best” wash possible. I pulled up, the attendants slapped that brush right on my car, no worries about leaving scratches or dents. He pushed it back and forth a total of two times on the windshield, and walked away. Went through the was thinking I should have a clean car, so I pulled over to check. Man was I wrong, dust and dirt still all over. Bugs caked on the bumper and hood still, rear bumper looked like it hadn’t even been touched, and water spots all over. Def not work the $40 I spent. The person who checked us in charged for the wrong wash and then just said "oh well you asked for that one" when I know I hadn't. The brushes scratched the clear coat beside the swindshield and now I have to pay for the repairs. It's a car that is a month old and couldn't have gotten the damage anywhere else.
I love tidal wave car wash! Only car wash in Lawton that actually cleans the car and comes out the tunnel shining and glossy and clean! Rims and tires always look brand new! I like the fact I don’t have to get out my car to check and see if it’s clean and free from water spots! The site manager Brenda is top notch! The manager Charles was so helpful and nice. I actually did not know my fast pass was expired and I renewed it solely because of the way he treated me. I had just lost my job and was very tight on money. I still decided to do a renewal. He was friendly, courteous, even washed my mats for me. I feel like a queen today and I really needed it because I’ve been having A very hard month. I will refer people here and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Please let him know how much I appreciated him.
Amos helped me at the car wash today. He is absolutely the most polite and helpful person I have ever come in contact with at tide. Wave would make great upper management.
