DO NOT USE TIDAL WAVE AUTOSPA. The site manager at Tidal Wave auto spa called to inform me I will be receiving a denial letter in reference to my request for them to fix the damages on my vehicle. I pulled up to the car wash, entered the tunnel, exited the tunnel, wiped down the inside of my car, vacuumed it (walking back and forth around the back of my vehicle.) Negligent and Irresponsible! Tidal Wave Car Wash on Sheridan Rd in Lawton, OK, caused damage to my vehicle and then took zero accountability. While going through their tunnel wash, the machine ripped the side mirror off my vehicle. I immediately reported the incident, and photo evidence was taken on-site. I followed all proper procedures, including speaking to a manager on the day it happened. Weeks went by with no follow-up, no report filed, no communication whatsoever. Tidal Wave Auto Spa keeps my car looking brand new every time. The drive-thru wash is quick and easy, and the free vacuums have great suction power. Staff is friendly when you pull up, and the place stays clean. It’s definitely set up best for members, if you wash often, the unlimited plan looks worth it. Even for a single wash though, my car came out shiny and spotless. ✅ Strong vacuums ✅ Smooth drive-thru wash ✅ Clean facility & helpful staff

I bought to biggest “best” wash possible. I pulled up, the attendants slapped that brush right on my car, no worries about leaving scratches or dents. He pushed it back and forth a total of two times on the windshield, and walked away. Went through the was thinking I should have a clean car, so I pulled over to check. Man was I wrong, dust and dirt still all over. Bugs caked on the bumper and hood still, rear bumper looked like it hadn’t even been touched, and water spots all over. Def not work the $40 I spent. For $30 massive ripoff. My windshield still has bug splatterl and residual dried windshield fluid clearly visible. It pushes you through in like 30 seconds it can't possibly be clean enough. Just incredibly overpriced.
