At approximately 2 PM today (2-10-26), in a red Ford Expedition, I approached the kiosk at tidal wave car wash in Lawton and was approached by an employee that started her marketing speech. Negligent and Irresponsible! Tidal Wave Car Wash on Sheridan Rd in Lawton, OK, caused damage to my vehicle and then took zero accountability. While going through their tunnel wash, the machine ripped the side mirror off my vehicle. I immediately reported the incident, and photo evidence was taken on-site. I followed all proper procedures, including speaking to a manager on the day it happened. Weeks went by with no follow-up, no report filed, no communication whatsoever. DO NOT USE TIDAL WAVE AUTOSPA. The site manager at Tidal Wave auto spa called to inform me I will be receiving a denial letter in reference to my request for them to fix the damages on my vehicle. I pulled up to the car wash, entered the tunnel, exited the tunnel, wiped down the inside of my car, vacuumed it (walking back and forth around the back of my vehicle.) I absolutely love getting to come here! Everyone is so amazing and pleasant, and I especially love how well Issac does cleaning vehicles. He always puts a lot of time and consideration into making sure they come out perfectly clean every time! It always brightens my day when I see all the staff, and the prices for memberships are absolute bargains! Thank you Ms. Brenda and everyone else for letting me be a part of the Tidal Wave community!
I never noticed this car wash before and this was my first time ! Let me say ! I will definitely be back just because of the kindness from the lady who helped me from the very beginning ! The interior car cleaning area is super convent’s and made easy !
