Ryan is absolutely amazing! Every time I’ve been here, he goes above and beyond ,friendly, professional, and always makes sure everything is perfect before I leave. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. In a world where good customer service is hard to find, Ryan is the reason I’ll keep coming back. Thank you for always taking such great care of us and our vehicles!
There's 3 other similar car washes in town... they all have memberships ~ they all have free vacuums ~ but they don't all have a Cedric to greet you!! This guy is always smiling and making customers feel special!! 😁 They don't have complimentary towels and cleaning spray either. That convenience alone makes it worth the membership!
The quality has been a slow and steady decline since this location opened. The quality of service is spotty at best; some brushes work, detergents seem watered down, and most actions don’t complete their motion. Yesterday, I went to get my car washed and vacuumed. I paid for the Ceramic + Super Shammy. Really was subpar and nothing better than the Hot Wax I occasionally get (if I go). LOVE this carwash! I highly recommend Tidal Wave Car Wash! They are amazing, with a super fast and incredibly organized operation. The entire process is seamless, making it quick and convenient to get a sparkling clean car. A big part of what makes the experience so great is the staff, especially Corey. Corey is fantastic and contributes to the exceptional service and efficiency at this location. It’s clear they have the very best people working there.
Updated review. The new manager Matt reached out and was very apologetic for the issue with the gift card and assured me that he would make it right. When I went to the wash, he was off but Christian took care of everything. He made sure the card was valid and working, apologized again for the issue.
