LOVE this carwash! I highly recommend Tidal Wave Car Wash! They are amazing, with a super fast and incredibly organized operation. The entire process is seamless, making it quick and convenient to get a sparkling clean car. A big part of what makes the experience so great is the staff, especially Corey. Corey is fantastic and contributes to the exceptional service and efficiency at this location. It’s clear they have the very best people working there.
Ryan is absolutely amazing! Every time I’ve been here, he goes above and beyond ,friendly, professional, and always makes sure everything is perfect before I leave. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. In a world where good customer service is hard to find, Ryan is the reason I’ll keep coming back. Hard pass! I got the top tier service or should I say I got the most expensive service. Two different guys scrubbed the grill but looks more like they rubbed it slightly. There was so much dust left on the truck like it was barely touched. Where it was touched by brushes left white streaks in the brush patterns. The vacuums hardly got the carpets cleaned. They did have towels which would have been a nice addition if it wasn’t a requirement to actually get your truck cleaned.
Early morning auto wash. This morning my timing was perfect. 🤩 The crew was opening entrance and waiting for me. Happy car today. I’ll hurry back.
I was driving a loaner and did not have my membership sticker with me. The two gentlemen working the drive up kiosks at 3:30pm on 11/1 pulled their car around and gave me the best wash they offer for free. Very kind thing to do when he didn’t have to. Thank you!
