Their car wash ripped off some trim above my door on my truck that I just got a month ago. And they told me since I left the property they won’t cover anything but I only went across the street to Costco. I didnt even know it happened until I got out of my truck at Costco. LOVE this carwash! I highly recommend Tidal Wave Car Wash! They are amazing, with a super fast and incredibly organized operation. The entire process is seamless, making it quick and convenient to get a sparkling clean car. A big part of what makes the experience so great is the staff, especially Corey. Corey is fantastic and contributes to the exceptional service and efficiency at this location. It’s clear they have the very best people working there.
Ryan is absolutely amazing! Every time I’ve been here, he goes above and beyond ,friendly, professional, and always makes sure everything is perfect before I leave. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. In a world where good customer service is hard to find, Ryan is the reason I’ll keep coming back. Got three scratches in the paint on my car that were not there. Bugs still on the front of the car, picked the 27 dollar car was received the lower tear and was told to bad. Rims are still filthy, the no touch bashed my drivers mirror in. Avoid this place a lot of options with in the area. Dirt all by the license plate but I don’t want to post the picture. Updated review. The new manager Matt reached out and was very apologetic for the issue with the gift card and assured me that he would make it right. When I went to the wash, he was off but Christian took care of everything. He made sure the card was valid and working, apologized again for the issue. He even gave me a free wash, which wasn't warranted but very much appreciated! What phenomenal customer service from these 2 employees!
