Hard pass! I got the top tier service or should I say I got the most expensive service. Two different guys scrubbed the grill but looks more like they rubbed it slightly. There was so much dust left on the truck like it was barely touched. Where it was touched by brushes left white streaks in the brush patterns. The vacuums hardly got the carpets cleaned. They did have towels which would have been a nice addition if it wasn’t a requirement to actually get your truck cleaned.
The staffs were very attentive and friendly from the moment I drove in to choose the car wash service to the windshield cleaning. I came in the car wash line and Cedric guided me through the lane with his hand signal and the wash machine ran after that. The car got really clean with their new equipments. I am very pleased with the clean towels to dry off the car. I actually really love this place. 5 stars for the service from the techs working the car wash and the wash itself. They actually scrub your vehicle good before pulling you through. The free vacuums could have some better suction but all and all this is my go to car wash. Will be setting up membership very soon.
One of the best car wash I've seen this year that does everything that you need to clean your car, truck, etc. You can also wash your vehicle every single day for 50$/month which I think is a great price.
Never going back. Pathetic wash and horrible customer service. Paid $26 for an overpriced wash with below basic level results. Went through once and left streaks down both sides of my truck, so I just circled back around to go through again and guy tells me it’s because my truck is black. Regardless of the color there should be some quality to a $26 wash. Then short guy comes over rudely saying they will run me through just this once but they will not do it again and then he rudely tells me that’s why they have rags at the v... read more
