Went through the wash the other day and had the best experience ever! My jeep was cleaner than it has ever been since I bought it. From the beginning, when Richie prewashed the bugs off of the front and mirrors to the amazing soap shower and tire shine. Will definitely be going back again soon! Thanks Richie!
Just left this car wash. The guy who claimed he was the manager said my card wouldn't go through after I declined their membership So I gave him another card which he claimed also did not go through. I asked what the option was since their machine is down he said "I've sold 17 memberships today the machine works fine its only your card" this is when I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I've been going here since it opened to vacuum my car. Never activated a membership because I choose to keep the integrity of my car and hand wash it. About 2 weeks ago I went to vaccum it like I've been doing for a while, when an employee asked me to leave because I was not allowed to vaccum my car (there's a huge sign that says FREE VACCUMS) because of the slow seasson approaching. Why does the sign screen still promote free vaccums? I enjoyed coming here up until that embarrassing encounter.
I am highly satisfied with the car wash service provided by Tidal Wave. The manager, Juan, was exceptionally helpful in elucidating the various service options, which enabled me to make an informed decision. Furthermore, the facility was impeccably clean, and the vacuum equipment performed admirably.
We came to the Springdale Arkansas car wash with our car completely covered with bird poop after parking under a tree overnight. Austin helped us select the best option to tackle our dirty car. After the wash, we found that our car wasn’t quite clean. Austin quickly volunteered to step in with a sponge and take care of the spots that did not get cleaned. His willingness to help was automatic. He is an exceptional employee. If you go to this car wash, you won’t be disappointed.
