I tried the free trial at Tidal Wave Auto Spa. My car only had light dust and a few rain spots going in, and it did come out clean overall. I wash my car pretty often (usually around three times a week) and currently have a membership at another car wash, but wanted to give this place a try. The wash worked fine for a lightly dirty car, and the vacuum area is nice. They have towels and cleaning supplies available, which is helpful. My main issue was the drying. The best staff ever. Always kind and helpful…. I’m super picky about my car and no other place comes close to how clean my car gets here. The tire shine is really good too, unlike the other places where it misses most of your tire. Well worth the price!
decent car wash for the area, definitely gets the job done and my truck looked clean for a few days. the pricing is a little steep for what you get though feels like it could be a couple bucks cheaper. i dont mind using the self serve bays if the auto wash is busy but the vacuums could really use some more suction power. overall it works fine and i will probably keep coming back.
I was very happy with my service and wanted to leave a shout out to the employees. I couldn't go through with my roof rack which is fine but I said I can remove it not only did the young man help but he saw a need and met it. Im pregnant so all the help was so appreciated. I didnt catch his name but he was the young man with straight hair working on Jun 12th at 2pm. We will return!
Great location, superb customer service and hospitality. Austin is great at what he does. Bright future for this location. Great job to the manager Danielle for the great leadership shown consistently in the two years of taking my truck there.
