I tried the free trial at Tidal Wave Auto Spa. My car only had light dust and a few rain spots going in, and it did come out clean overall. I wash my car pretty often (usually around three times a week) and currently have a membership at another car wash, but wanted to give this place a try. The wash worked fine for a lightly dirty car, and the vacuum area is nice. They have towels and cleaning supplies available, which is helpful. My main issue was the drying. The best staff ever. Always kind and helpful…. I’m super picky about my car and no other place comes close to how clean my car gets here. The tire shine is really good too, unlike the other places where it misses most of your tire. Well worth the price!

Excellent customer service! I use the Springdale AR location for both my personal & business vehicles, so I'm there nearly once a week. The staff is always friendly & helpful & correct any issues quickly. The wash options are all very effective & even safe enough to take my 34yr old car through without any damage (I had to stop going through auto washes with that one for years prior to finding Tidal Wave!), plus they ACTUALLY have an undercarriage wash! Overall, very satisfied customer here. Thanks!
Helpful to have the availability to get my truck mats power washed. Vacuum and drying stalls have been great! They are always clean. Your team has always been friendly and helpful.
