Excellent customer service! I use the Springdale AR location for both my personal & business vehicles, so I'm there nearly once a week. The staff is always friendly & helpful & correct any issues quickly. The wash options are all very effective & even safe enough to take my 34yr old car through without any damage (I had to stop going through auto washes with that one for years prior to finding Tidal Wave!), plus they ACTUALLY have an undercarriage wash! Overall, very satisfied customer here. Thanks!
Went through the wash the other day and had the best experience ever! My jeep was cleaner than it has ever been since I bought it. From the beginning, when Richie prewashed the bugs off of the front and mirrors to the amazing soap shower and tire shine. Will definitely be going back again soon! Thanks Richie!
Juan the assistant manager was so helpful and provided top-notch service. I will only be washing my car at this location. So convenient, high-quality vacuums and love that they provide towels and spray. The best!
Excellent service from Freddy. He was very helpful. Another employee was a bit rude so customer service should be reviewed with one employee. Other than that absolutely wonderful place to clean up your vehicle.
I am highly satisfied with the car wash service provided by Tidal Wave. The manager, Juan, was exceptionally helpful in elucidating the various service options, which enabled me to make an informed decision. Furthermore, the facility was impeccably clean, and the vacuum equipment performed admirably.
