We came to the Springdale Arkansas car wash with our car completely covered with bird poop after parking under a tree overnight. Austin helped us select the best option to tackle our dirty car. After the wash, we found that our car wasn’t quite clean. Austin quickly volunteered to step in with a sponge and take care of the spots that did not get cleaned. His willingness to help was automatic. He is an exceptional employee. If you go to this car wash, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been coming regularly to this car wash for over a year. I think they are the best in the area amongst all the many other options. Austin always recognizes me and greets me. Fantastic service!

The deluxe wash left the car sparkling, and the drying process was thorough, leaving no streaks! The staff at Juan G was incredibly helpful, guiding through the wash options.. It's appreciated that they offer free vacuums and a mat cleaning area, making it a complete car care experience.

The staff was excellent, but the car wash was not very good at all. It did not wash over half of my vehicle and left streaks on the parts that it did try to wash. There is also still dirt on my hood and another place is on my vehicle as well.
