Wasted $12 on a car wash. They asked if I’d like to sign up for a month free and I did. Went through the tire shine car wash. Tires were still muddy. Went to clean my car and towels smelled like mildew. Canceled my car wash that day but am stuck with gunk on my front windshield I need to figure out how to get off. I had a fantastic experience @ Tidal Wave Auto Spa! The staff were very friendly & attentive, & my car was thoroughly cleaned inside & out. I especially appreciated the extra detail work on the wheels, which really made a difference. The car looks amazing, & I'll definitely be back for future washes. Highly recommend! The location is great, & the process was quick & efficient I especially appreciated!
I paid 30 dollars for their premium wash for my truck and my truck same out still dirty and it wasn't that dirty to begin with. After I left and realized their wash only got about 80% of my truck clean I called to try to speak with management and no one answered. Then I went to their website to contact customer service. Customer service didn't get back to me for 4 days and told me the location manager will contact me in 3-5 business days and it's been more than 2 weeks. This place is by far the best membership service car wash I have had. All of the car wash elements are always working. Vacuums are strong and always clean. And the microfiber cloths and cleaner are such a great perk. Not to mention the awning you get to clean your car under. So rain or shine I'm able to clean. Would definitely recommend this TidalWave.
