I had a membership on both of my vehicles. I went to the location to cancel it in person when I was moving out of state. They canceled one account but not the other. The employee at the location said both were canceled, but I am still being charged for one of my accounts. They will not refund my money if I don't have a receipt. I have emailed 2 different times in the last few months with no response. You can't call the local location, as they only give you the main corporate number. The wash was good enough but I signed up for the monthly. I wasn’t given any paperwork. I emailed to cancel before the renewal date l. No one responded to me via email. I was charged for the monthly. I emailed again. No response. I called today & it was cancelled, but pro- rated because I didn’t ask 7-10 days prior to the renewal date. This was not told to me when signing up & I did not see it when I submitted the cancel request. If I had not called, no clue when they would have cancelled it or how much I would be charged.
