Wasted $12 on a car wash. They asked if I’d like to sign up for a month free and I did. Went through the tire shine car wash. Tires were still muddy. Went to clean my car and towels smelled like mildew. Canceled my car wash that day but am stuck with gunk on my front windshield I need to figure out how to get off. I love this car wash! Everyone is always so happy and friendly, which makes me think they do right by their employees. I have magnets on the back of my vehicle that I often forget to pull off. They’re always happy to get them for me. Everything always works well—the vacuums never seem to be clogged and there’s always plenty of towels and surface cleaner. I paid 30 dollars for their premium wash for my truck and my truck same out still dirty and it wasn't that dirty to begin with. After I left and realized their wash only got about 80% of my truck clean I called to try to speak with management and no one answered. Then I went to their website to contact customer service. Customer service didn't get back to me for 4 days and told me the location manager will contact me in 3-5 business days and it's been more than 2 weeks.
