The wash was good enough but I signed up for the monthly. I wasn’t given any paperwork. I emailed to cancel before the renewal date l. No one responded to me via email. I was charged for the monthly. I emailed again. No response. I called today & it was cancelled, but pro- rated because I didn’t ask 7-10 days prior to the renewal date. This was not told to me when signing up & I did not see it when I submitted the cancel request. If I had not called, no clue when they would have cancelled it or how much I would be charged.
