I love this car wash! Everyone is always so happy and friendly, which makes me think they do right by their employees. I have magnets on the back of my vehicle that I often forget to pull off. They’re always happy to get them for me. Everything always works well—the vacuums never seem to be clogged and there’s always plenty of towels and surface cleaner. Wasted $12 on a car wash. They asked if I’d like to sign up for a month free and I did. Went through the tire shine car wash. Tires were still muddy. Went to clean my car and towels smelled like mildew. Canceled my car wash that day but am stuck with gunk on my front windshield I need to figure out how to get off. I had a fantastic experience @ Tidal Wave Auto Spa! The staff were very friendly & attentive, & my car was thoroughly cleaned inside & out. I especially appreciated the extra detail work on the wheels, which really made a difference. The car looks amazing, & I'll definitely be back for future washes. Highly recommend! The location is great, & the process was quick & efficient I especially appreciated!
Tidal Wave always does a fantastic job on my car. Soft but detailed wash, free vacuums and cleaning products for my interior and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Especially Casen who answered all my questions and provided great service to help me find the best wash for my Prius!
