**UPDATE 6/10/24** Tidal Wave is Still Providing Excellent Customer Service and Support to their Customers !!! I Ran by the Tidal Wave to just run my truck through to see if there was still Paint underneath all the Dust, Dirt and Grass Clippings that was all over it since I use it to pull my Lawnmower around to cut people’s lawns. I want to give a shout out to Brileigh, I have been coming there for a few months now. She always goes above and beyond to give the best service. She always has a smile and is very helpful. You need more employees like her!
Went in and got my car washed and everything and they were attentive they listen to me they shared to me about their fundraising the fair than doing and just an amazing place to get your car washed here in Fayetteville Tennessee if there was six stars, I’d give them six, but the people are super friendly. They had towels they had the spray for your cars. It was a great place so I give it five thumbs up.
Nathan was so amazing today! Went above and beyond during my service! I will look forward to him every time I come through!
If I was the owners of Sonic I'd sue this place into bankruptcy. They gave no thought into what their loud freaking blowers would do to Sonic's business. They're so loud customers and employees at Sonic can't hear each other, even when the hops are standing at the car window. If the owners of this car wash have no concern to how they affect other business do you really think they really care about you as a customer? No, they care about money, that's it.
