If I was the owners of Sonic I'd sue this place into bankruptcy. They gave no thought into what their loud freaking blowers would do to Sonic's business. They're so loud customers and employees at Sonic can't hear each other, even when the hops are standing at the car window. I get the best service here as well as the best deal. Love how they pre-wash and they do a great job at it. My Chevy loves it when we come here. Nothing like a good squeaky clean wash for the Traverse here. I have zero complaints.
The workers are very kind, courteous and helpful. They will spray off your floor mats if you ask them to also. Only car wash in Fayetteville I’ll ever go to again. My car always looks so nice when I run it through and the wheels look top notch! Thanks y’all!
**UPDATE 6/10/24** Tidal Wave is Still Providing Excellent Customer Service and Support to their Customers !!! I Ran by the Tidal Wave to just run my truck through to see if there was still Paint underneath all the Dust, Dirt and Grass Clippings that was all over it since I use it to pull my Lawnmower around to cut people’s lawns. Dust and Debris was really starting to build up on the inside and out of my Tundra so I thought it would be a good idea to try to clean it up a little to hopefully help my Lawn Care Business be not... read more
Used to be good car wash, but I went this week and multiple vacuums were out of service. In addition, the “clean” towels available for wipe down were very moldy smelling. Sad to see this place already going down the tubes like the other car wash in town.
