Went by tidal wave couple weeks ago with my brother. Gabriel was the employee helping us out. He explained all the different car washes and even sold a monthly car wash to us! Great salesman and hard worker! Would definitely recommend!
Love this place. I had a membership and loved it until I moved. Prices are great and the staff is always quick and helpful. Ke'moni killed it today and made sure my truck was prepped for the wash!
If I could do a 0 star I would. Worst car wash I have ever been through. I went through the wash they barely brushed it the car wash didn’t even put soap on my truck. He said soap is extra!!!!! Soap for a car wash cost extra!!!!!!??? WTH!! They was dirt and streaks everywhere on my truck when I came out. I will never go there again. Left and went a mile down the street to wash and roll and actually got a car wash with real soap!!
I think Landon and Abraham were excellent as far as customer service! They went the extra mile to make sure that the front of my car got really clean and they were also very friendly and smiling great environment great employees definitely need to give them a raise. All employees I have encountered are great assets
**UPDATE 6/10/24** Tidal Wave is Still Providing Excellent Customer Service and Support to their Customers !!! I Ran by the Tidal Wave to just run my truck through to see if there was still Paint underneath all the Dust, Dirt and Grass Clippings that was all over it since I use it to pull my Lawnmower around to cut people’s lawns. Dust and Debris was really starting to build up on the inside and out of my Tundra so I thought it would be a good idea to try to clean it up a little to hopefully help my Lawn Care Business be not... read more
