Every time I run my car through, I am reminded of the great commitment Don, the Manager has to all of us. My car always comes out perfect and Shiney. And having a friendly face like Anna motioning me to come forward makes this a good experience. And their mixture of spray for the interior is always perfect as well as enough towels to wipe my car clean.
My car got cheesed (got covered in slices of American cheese) and it melted and then hardened in the sun. Whenever I got there the guy running the window (Matt) saw my car and they gave me their best wash for free and another guy (Evan)scrubbed all the cheese off my car. 10/10 will definitely be coming back for all my future car washes. Update: Nice "canned" respinse below from the company. As I said, I did reach out to the staff, they were no help. ...original post: This used to be the best each in town. NOT ANYMORE! If you are doing the monthly (cheapest) plan you may be getting your money's worth. If you are buying individual or upgraded washes, you ARE NOT! Just paid $30 for an upgraded wash and for the 2nd time I didn't get the upgraded functions. When I asked about it afterwards I was told they "have to turn it off"?? This is by far the best place in town to get your vehicle clean. The courtesy towels and spray cleaner really help get the inside of the car detailed the way you'd expect, and are also great for drying and detailing the exterior as well. See Katie if you have any questions. I'm very happy this place exists, 5 Stars!
Tunnel and car smell good during and after the wash. Just wish they had vacuums on both sides of the vehicle stalls. It’s usually not too crowded so i can just move my car to a different stall to get both sides done easily. I’ve seen a few other people do the same.
