This is by far the best place in town to get your vehicle clean. The courtesy towels and spray cleaner really help get the inside of the car detailed the way you'd expect, and are also great for drying and detailing the exterior as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! 2 stars for the vacuum doing exactly as I expected and not trying to trick me. I went to Tidal Wave of White House, Tn, just wanting my vehicle washed but I was tricked into signing up for a reoccurring monthly membership. Their attendant informed me of their special that said I could come back for 30 days as much as I wanted, I specifically asked if this was going to be a reoccurring payment, the attendant said no. Sketchy business practice. When I went for the first time, I was asked if I wanted to try it for a month for the price of a single wash. I specifically asked how hard it was to cancel. The guy said that I can come back any time to cancel and I had 30 days to do it. I purchased the membership on February 3rd. I went to cancel it on March 3rd. The 30 day mark would be March 5th. Always great! But I his parents icular day I came in a bit extra dirty and my man Nic took extra time with the pre wash to make sure I was spic n span when I left. Much appreciated!!!
Great car wash use it all the time. Lost my birthday free one and Kasen fixed me right up. Don and his staff are just excellent here in White House TN!
