Not only is this the best car wash around the staff is amazing. Mr Mike is the reason we come. He’s always in a great mood he always treats us like family and he is the hardest worker I’ve ever seen. If I owned a business I’d steal him in a heartbeat. I truly hope they pay him well because he’s the reason this place looks as nice as it does. From the moment I pulled up, he was super friendly, upbeat, and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting. Love our local Tidal Wave in Shelbyville! Mr. Jerry, Mr. Mike and Ms. Jasmine are an amazing group that really takes pride in what they do. Their customer service is elite and we will sure miss them when we return home to Hawaii! But we have 2 and a half months left so I and our entire Ohana (Family) will enjoy their services till then. Canceled my membership today. Everything started great a few months ago. Loved having a clean car all the time. Within the past month or so though the swirls that the car wash is putting in my clear coat are horrible. Whether it cleans good or not, it's not worth the damage that I'm going to have to pay to get fixed.
I love the attention to detail Mike gives when scrubbing the car before going through the automatic wash. Always clean towels available and never a line. This place is good!
