Love our local Tidal Wave in Shelbyville! Mr. Jerry, Mr. Mike and Ms. Jasmine are an amazing group that really takes pride in what they do. Their customer service is elite and we will sure miss them when we return home to Hawaii! But we have 2 and a half months left so I and our entire Ohana (Family) will enjoy their services till then. I have been coming to this location since it opened and got a subscription. The wash does a great job on my truck. It even does a fair job of cleaning the wheel wells where most do not. Our man Mike is always super helpful, works hard, and always displays a great attitude. I love the experience when he’s there.
Great car wash and very friendly staff. Not your average drive through wash. Above and beyond! The vacuums are very high power and easy to access too.
I really wanted to like this place when they first came into business in Shelbyville It seemed like a great place. And I know for a fact that there was not a one wash per day limit because there were a few times I went twice just because I had gone earlier in the day and later on in the day had my kid with me and he wanted to go. There was an entire month that half of their machinery was down and they didn't have any overhead rollers during that time. This place is great. I go almost daily with my monthly pass. Mike and the rest of the team are great and always super friendly. Best car wash in Shelbyville just wish they had other cleaning solutions for inside the car.
