Canceled my membership today. Everything started great a few months ago. Loved having a clean car all the time. Within the past month or so though the swirls that the car wash is putting in my clear coat are horrible. Whether it cleans good or not, it's not worth the damage that I'm going to have to pay to get fixed.
I use tidal wave auto spa in Shelbyville, Tennessee for the first time today October 11, 2025 at 10:19 AM. I thought it was odd that after I paid and pulled up, and that the first worker, he was scrubbing my car down, but only did like half of my car. And then he directed me up to go into the machine where I met another employee who also did a little bit of scrubbing, but not like the first guy did. I always leave extremely satisfied every time I get my car washed here. The quality of the service is consistently exceptional, and the staff truly enhances the experience. In particular, Jasmin at the entrance stands out. Her warm smile and friendly wave make me feel welcome each time I return. It’s this kind of personal touch that really sets this place apart. I highly recommend it!
I’ve had a membership here since the day they opened, this car wash actually gets the vehicle clean and provides a good shine on it. Most of the employees are nice however Mike always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and have a good experience. Mike is an invaluable part of the team!
They have a promotion of 12.00 for the month you can purchase and it is a great deal. You can cancel after the month if you want to. The car wash does work great on the sides and back but the front of my grill still needed more wiping which it missed with the bugs. I love the vacuum that you can do and washing your windows with the shams.
