Very kind and attentive staff, detail oriented. Ray took a look at the car after we went through the wash and stated he was not satisfied with the condition and offered us an extra wash and took the time to scrub and pressure wash the bugs off the front, he also told us that next time just to let them know to add some extra spray to help with the bugs. As we were leaving we witnessed him helping an elderly woman with her car. I am highly satisfied with the service and will be returning!
Disappointed, should have gone to kwik trip!! I was in line then when I got to the guy there were cars behind me, the sign says 17$ for the service I was asking for, he now says it’s 20$ that those signs that are posted in the lane are “outdated” well then you should honor them until you change them, esp once I’m trapped in the line. Then paying 20$ for one car wash with all these features only to go use the vacuums with no towels or cleaning spray to be found although the sign says they have it, and also~for the fancy servi... read more
Excellent service! I was doing a little work on drying my car. Ray Lopez approached me & asked if I was satisfied. I told him bug season had started & I had a little work on the front of my car. He quickly looked & found a few spots I had missed. He immediately got a cloth & removed it. He was so friendly & helpful. I have always had a great experience at TOTAL Car wash! Excellent customer service!
Bought the most expensive wash and left with 3 new scratches on the hood of my new f150 - would not recommend. Not sure how anyone would be okay with this. With that, I’d hope for a $30+ wash it would at least get the bugs off of my windshield and bumper.
I can’t remember his first name, but I do remember his last name, it was Lopez this man personally hand washed the front end of my truck and scrubbed the bugs off and pressure washed the front end right after before having me go through the wash. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was off the front he did an amazing job. Best wash I’ve received so far at this location I will definitely continue to go
