Disappointed, should have gone to kwik trip!! I was in line then when I got to the guy there were cars behind me, the sign says 17$ for the service I was asking for, he now says it’s 20$ that those signs that are posted in the lane are “outdated” well then you should honor them until you change them, esp once I’m trapped in the line. Then paying 20$ for one car wash with all these features only to go use the vacuums with no towels or cleaning spray to be found although the sign says they have it, and also~for the fancy servi... read more
Steve, the manager, was great! I had a lot going on- a cancellation, transfer and additions to a family plan and he was very patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. He even helped scrape the old sticker off my window for me and (after seeing my very dirty floor mats) told me about a service they offer where they clean them for you that I was unaware of. Everything about the facility was clean and perfectly fine, but I think great customer service deserves a shout out!
Excellent service and the wash was very thorough! Will look forward to my next visit. Value A+. Another great wash. Something has changed here. I am so pleased with my last 2 washes. Steve, the manager is also friendly and really enjoys seeing how well things are working for his customers! Kuddos!!
After my wash, which is always great, I locked my keys in my vehicle. The manager on duty, Steve was incredibly kind & allowed me to use his phone so that I could contact someone for help. Thanks for both the great wash & the awesome kindness from Steve.
I had membership with a competitor car wash and when Tidal Wave came to Beaver Dam I was very excited that I no longer had to drive 45 min. each way to wash my car. Eager to try out their services I went the very first day they opened, and that’s all it took for me. I chose the best top tier wash called Graph X4 and became a new member as of that day and have been ever since.
