Disappointed, should have gone to kwik trip!! I was in line then when I got to the guy there were cars behind me, the sign says 17$ for the service I was asking for, he now says it’s 20$ that those signs that are posted in the lane are “outdated” well then you should honor them until you change them, esp once I’m trapped in the line. Then paying 20$ for one car wash with all these features only to go use the vacuums with no towels or cleaning spray to be found although the sign says they have it, and also~for the fancy servi... read more
Excellent service! I was doing a little work on drying my car. Ray Lopez approached me & asked if I was satisfied. I told him bug season had started & I had a little work on the front of my car. He quickly looked & found a few spots I had missed. He immediately got a cloth & removed it. He was so friendly & helpful. I have always had a great experience at TOTAL Car wash! Excellent customer service!
Ive been coming here for 1 year, Ray did the most ive ever see someone do with the beginning of the cleaning. Actually cleaned off all of the bugs and did a great job. In my opinion, having people sit alittle long is worth the extra little cleaning. Great job Ray!
Ray Lopez is a 5-star employee! He went above and beyond. He helped clean my car mats off and put them back. He also helped wipe down things for me. He's very friendly and takes pride in his work. Thank you Ray! You're amazing!
Bought the most expensive wash and left with 3 new scratches on the hood of my new f150 - would not recommend. Not sure how anyone would be okay with this. With that, I’d hope for a $30+ wash it would at least get the bugs off of my windshield and bumper.
