I had membership with a competitor car wash and when Tidal Wave came to Beaver Dam I was very excited that I no longer had to drive 45 min. each way to wash my car. Eager to try out their services I went the very first day they opened, and that’s all it took for me. I chose the best top tier wash called Graph X4 and became a new member as of that day and have been ever since. Employee admitted to damaging my car by holding a pressure washer one inch from my paint to "remove a dead bug". Proceeded to peel off an irregular circle of paint, then apologized and filed a claim. Claim was denied as their investigation "proved no evidence to support any claim of negligence". Not sure how much more negligent one could be than peeling off someone's paint with a pressure washer. I just moved here about a year ago and I found this car wash. I have now gone about five times. I wanna say I have been very impressed with the wash and the options to dry your vehicle. But unfortunately, this last time that I just went September 21, I was not impressed. I did get the basic wash but all the bugs that were on the windshield and the front of the vehicle were still there after the wash. We purchased the tire shine package. It is a great value to keep your car clean. The last time we pulled up to get a car wash, there were 4 cars in the purchase line, but we pulled up on the members side and skipped the line.

Went here for the opening free car wash to check it out. After after going through the wash. I checked out the vacuums which worked excellent. And then I began inspecting the wash on my vehicle. I noticed many areas on the backside of my truck and tailgate that were not washed. I could visibly write in the dirty. See photos. Will consider trying again. I was hoping that it was just opening weak issues. I'm not sold on buying a plan yet.
