Very nice place! Workers were very nice and respectable. Had something stuck in my grill and the they were able to help me out with it. Would go again!!
I had been going to this car wash for over a year with my Explorer. When I got my truck the first time I used the car wash they scratched it. I reported the issue. They took pictures and they said they were sending it to the manager but he was only in on Wednesdays. Several weeks went by with no response. I had to call corporate and they sent the location an email. Weeks went by again. Nothing. I finally took my truck in to get fixed and canceled my membership. Worst customer service experience.
The afternoon I stopped at the car wash, I expected nothing more than a quick rinse and a few minutes to vacuum the floor mats. The winter roads had left my car coated in salt and streaks of gray slush, and it was long overdue for attention. Consumer Beware The Tidal Wave Auto Spa’s carwash will not clean the rear area of an SUV, and it’s impossible to call and cancel your service subscription. I’ve submitted two photographs that were taken directly after going through the carwash
I recently visited tidal wave and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The facilities are spotless, and the attention to detail in their work is unmatched. My car came out looking brand new, with every nook and cranny meticulously cleaned. The pricing is fair, and the service is quick without compromising quality.
