I went to tidal wave yesterday and let me tell you absolutely loved the service I had!!! Got to the front gate and when I got there was met by Steve a very friendly face full of smiles even turned off the lights to give my kiddos a light show which they loved!! Payed was met by two other friendly workers who had smiles on their faces as well great friendly vibes!! Consumer Beware The Tidal Wave Auto Spa’s carwash will not clean the rear area of an SUV, and it’s impossible to call and cancel your service subscription. I’ve submitted two photographs that were taken directly after going through the carwash

My back windshield was shattered from hail and Tidal Wave let me use the vacuums to clean up the damage. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank You Tidal Wave!

Jeremy, Stephane, and Chief did an amazing job, they were great to talk and very professional in every aspect. Great people and a great car wash, will definitely be back.
