First test of facility, very dirty body frame before, no oil/grease, took everything off from all areas. Friendly, expert, trained staff, went through options including upgrade to monthly unlimited. If you want a clean vehicle with the availability of free vacuum and wipe down towels, you can’t go wrong. Their car washing service is immaculate (no pun intended)! Their customer service is unlike any other in the area, and their vacuums are ones I wish I owned! Great recommendation if you're looking for an affordable way to make your car look brand new, interior and exterior.
I went to tidal wave yesterday and let me tell you absolutely loved the service I had!!! Got to the front gate and when I got there was met by Steve a very friendly face full of smiles even turned off the lights to give my kiddos a light show which they loved!! Payed was met by two other friendly workers who had smiles on their faces as well great friendly vibes!! Awesome wash. Got the mid range wash and did a hand dry/spray wax in the shade by the free vacuums. The wash got 99% of the bugs off the front bumper and windshield. Loved that they offer the courtesy towels. I'm from out of town and wish they had one of these near home.
