Got my car washed here and I’m really happy with the result. They worked fast, but didn’t cut corners — the outside looks spotless and the inside is nice and clean too. Friendly folks, fair price, and it feels good to drive a shiny car again.
So today I go get my Tahoe cleaned. I have VIP membership where i get unlimited car washes. I go in and it tells me that my membership had expired and my membership was not renewed. I told the guy working there I wish I got his name. That i pay every month through my checking account. I talked to someone on the phone on July 18 about removing one vehicle off my membership since I no longer have it. At that time I had 2 vehicles a gray Tahoe and a black Tahoe. Been here 4 times since moving to GA the first week of September 😂 mostly because the parking lot of my apartments have ants and they keep getting all over my car. Anyways the service is smooth there’s always someone at the checkout kiosk before you enter the wash. They are there to help you select the car wash service you want and to insert your card for you. Went through today, and the wash was fine. The microfiber towels afterward both felt and smelled like they had been washed with fabric softener and left streaking on my vehicle everywhere that I used them.
The best experience always! Eric and the rest of the management staff along with all the rest of the team are always super friendly and supportive. (And I wouldn’t say that just because he’s my son, lol) Kyle the site manager runs a tight ship and those boys work hard up there. For an express wash it’s awesome and well worth the membership!
