This one on veterans Pkwy is the BEST in columbus. Not the near warm springs rd ine. I have had problems with the warm springs one. Even went to corporate on it. But this ine on veterans!!! This ine here and there staff is the only reason we keep coming. Will not go to any other in columbus. I have been to many outside of columbus and they are all very nice and helpful. This one in columbus needs a manager review for the best staff out there.
The car wash itself is great but the service is why I will be back. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They sold me on a membership without being pushy and let me know the membership works on any of their car washes nationwide. Line moved very quick despite being backed up and my ride looks brand new!
Most thorough automated car wash I’ve seen. The tunnel seems almost twice as long with more cleaning equipment as some other car washes I’ve been through. Went during the morning passing through town and the guy at the gate was very helpful. Will definitely be back when passing through again.
Went through today, and the wash was fine. The microfiber towels afterward both felt and smelled like they had been washed with fabric softener and left streaking on my vehicle everywhere that I used them.
So today I go get my Tahoe cleaned. I have VIP membership where i get unlimited car washes. I go in and it tells me that my membership had expired and my membership was not renewed. I told the guy working there I wish I got his name. That i pay every month through my checking account. I talked to someone on the phone on July 18 about removing one vehicle off my membership since I no longer have it. At that time I had 2 vehicles a gray Tahoe and a black Tahoe.
