Took my truck through their car wash ripped my mirror off which is very expensive took both of my running board sheds off of my running boards. Main manager was not there. Check my number down said that it would take care of it have not heard a peep out of them almost felt like nobody really cared. That my truck was destroyed as well not cleaned. I had a great experience at Tidal Car Wash thanks to Nico! He was super professional, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was done right. It’s rare to see someone take that much pride in their work, but Nico definitely does. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Tidal is lucky to have him on their team—I’ll definitely be coming back!
The car wash itself is too rough. Broke my antenna and side mirror. They say they’re not responsible for damages. Whatever. I’ve been to other washes, daily. Never had damages like this. THEY NEARLY CAUSED AN ACCIDENT TWICE BY LOADING CARS IN TOO CLOSE TOGETHER. Not to mention, the entrance is so small. Everyone is on top of eachother trying to get in and out of this location. I usually hate car washes b/c I never know what type of wash to choose etc but this place has won me over! Hands-down the most affordable, easiest and friendliest car wash I've ever been too! Nico help make this experience so much easier and the easy to use vacuums sealed the deal! I'll be using this place from now on 🫶🏻
Nico was very kind and did everything proper, he even asked me multiple times if I needed him to change anything. 10/10 experience I will be back. Not just does my car look beautiful, but the customer service from Nico was amazing.
