Took my truck through their car wash ripped my mirror off which is very expensive took both of my running board sheds off of my running boards. Main manager was not there. Check my number down said that it would take care of it have not heard a peep out of them almost felt like nobody really cared. That my truck was destroyed as well not cleaned. Very expensive for a simple wash. For $16 I expected a better wash. I’m only giving five stars because Elizabeth attendant was great.
Great car wash and the workers do an amazing job scrubbing the car. All the places I have been to for car washes this one is the best by far! Can’t speak on the vacuums never have used them.
The car wash itself is too rough. Broke my antenna and side mirror. They say they’re not responsible for damages. Whatever. I’ve been to other washes, daily. Never had damages like this. THEY NEARLY CAUSED AN ACCIDENT TWICE BY LOADING CARS IN TOO CLOSE TOGETHER. Not to mention, the entrance is so small. Everyone is on top of eachother trying to get in and out of this location. I make sure that my car is well taken care of! I’ve got the highest wash experience you can purchase, but I have it because I want to make sure my Honda looks as good as she feels. I come to the Tidal Wave on Tyndall Parkway in Callaway, Florida because it’s a great car wash establishment! The crew is always friendly, and they’re always making sure that all sprays and rags are stocked up. They also make sure that the trash is always kept empty.
