Took my truck through their car wash ripped my mirror off which is very expensive took both of my running board sheds off of my running boards. Main manager was not there. Check my number down said that it would take care of it have not heard a peep out of them almost felt like nobody really cared. That my truck was destroyed as well not cleaned. Vacuum it’s free or not ? Outside the property have a sign where there says Free vacuum, i come in to watch my truck ,truck don’t fit in the automatic washer so i decide vacuum her up , a worker come to me and ask me for 5 dollars bc i was vacuuming my truck , I’m sorry sr ,look at the sing where says free vacuum Y’all need to fix that damn sing if y’all going to charge money for vacuuming
I make sure that my car is well taken care of! I’ve got the highest wash experience you can purchase, but I have it because I want to make sure my Honda looks as good as she feels. I come to the Tidal Wave on Tyndall Parkway in Callaway, Florida because it’s a great car wash establishment! The crew is always friendly, and they’re always making sure that all sprays and rags are stocked up. They also make sure that the trash is always kept empty. Normally i'd wash my own car, but i was feeling lazy and decided to give tidal wave a shot, suprisingly for $30 they washed half of my car, put tire shine on my front two tires, and ended up forcing me to get out of a slump and wash my own car. But hey the parts of my car that were washed look great!
If I could leave zero starts I would. Came and paid $30 only to pull out and my car is still dirty and windshield and back window chipped all over. Guy working said he sees inconsistencies because it didn't happen to the person before me?? Never again, don't waste your money.
