I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The wash on Tyndall ripped off my trim on the front of my truck. I was told I would hear something in 48hrs but nothing. Then told 7 days after that. Then got this response and now its been 22 days and I've got no response whatsoever. Pathetic.
Took my truck through their car wash ripped my mirror off which is very expensive took both of my running board sheds off of my running boards. Main manager was not there. Check my number down said that it would take care of it have not heard a peep out of them almost felt like nobody really cared. That my truck was destroyed as well not cleaned. Dayton at this location is awesome. We had questions about the car wash and he helped us out. He went above and beyond. We will continue to use this location for all 4 of our cars. We will also be recommending this location to everyone we know.
I make sure that my car is well taken care of! I’ve got the highest wash experience you can purchase, but I have it because I want to make sure my Honda looks as good as she feels. I come to the Tidal Wave on Tyndall Parkway in Callaway, Florida because it’s a great car wash establishment! The crew is always friendly, and they’re always making sure that all sprays and rags are stocked up. They also make sure that the trash is always kept empty. Normally i'd wash my own car, but i was feeling lazy and decided to give tidal wave a shot, suprisingly for $30 they washed half of my car, put tire shine on my front two tires, and ended up forcing me to get out of a slump and wash my own car. But hey the parts of my car that were washed look great!
