Eric and the entire staff were amazing! I originally came in looking for a full-service car wash, which they don’t offer. Instead of just trying to sell me something, Eric took the time to recommend another car wash that did provide that service. That level of honesty and customer service really impressed me. Friendly employees! They were short handed and still did an incredible job getting everyone taken care of. The guy was so thorough with cleaning the front of my car before it went in. My car looked great! Love the free vacuums as well! They were so powerful and ran very nicely. The free use of cleaning rags and cleaner for interior parts was a nice touch! Truly a full service car wash. Wish we had one of these back home. 10/10 recommend this place!
This place is phenomenal! The guys that do the pre-clean were rockstars! They even took the time to make a little happy face on my windshield with soap. They really cleaned the car to get all the dead bugs from Florida off my bumper and side mirrors. Truly the best tidal wash I’ve been to and I’ve been through a lot traveling.
Tidal Wave Autospot does a great job getting your car sparkling clean. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the process. The vacuums were extremely powerful, making it easy to get every bit of dirt out of the interior. It’s a great spot to get in and out quickly without sacrificing quality. Pricing is reasonable for the level of service and convenience you receive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an efficient, well-run car wash experience.
I was satisfied with the cheapest wash they offer but head over hills about the vacuum cleaner. The power of the suction was amazing. I had sand in my vehicle and I was surprised how well it cleaned it. I also want to shout out one of their employees, Eric. He was helpful and you can tell he was passionate about his job.
