I had such a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa thanks to Wade! He was super friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I pulled up. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell he really cares about customers and takes pride in his work. Excellent customer service like his definitely makes a difference. Highly recommend asking for Wade if you stop by!

This was a little pricey going in. It was worth every penny. There are complimentary towels and surface spray. They were happy to power wash and dry my floor liners. Before I entered the wash they pre treated every leading edge of the vehicle. The dryers could power a hurricane and there were free vacuums on the way out. If you like a clean car this is worth the time and money.

Great car wash. Very strong vacuum hoses, too. I've been here multiple times, and the results have always been great. We had the monthly wash club membership for a while, but we just didn't use it enough. The shine and the tire treatment is fantastic. They are at the front entrance of the wash to scrub your car down with a prewash prep that helps the main wash well. I've never had a bad wash here.

49.97 for a membership and you can only go through once a day. If my car isn’t all the way clean why am I not able to go back through ?…then they scrubbed my grill and pressure washed off the soap. Now I realize common sense is not so common but now you just pressure washed and scrubbed the wax off that I pay for with the Graphene wash. Wouldn’t let me back through. I got frustrated and left. Needless to say I won’t be continuing my membership.

I pulled up early Sunday morning, one car in the right hand side and no one else in the left, was selecting my wash when a young man working there with longer straight brown hair approached me and very abruptly and rudely asked if I was a member there. No greeting no smile, just straight up came as the car wash police ready to confront.
