Bre is always very helpful when we come through, she even helped my dad and I when we had an issue signing up for new service. She is always in good spirits and because of her we will remain loyal to Tidal Wave even though we pass two car washes to get here 😁
I had an excellent experience at the car wash with Bre! She was incredibly friendly and attentive, love her personality!! making sure my car was spotless inside and out. The service was quick, and I really appreciated the attention to detail.
Got the fleet plan for our work trucks. Bri helped set it up and she’s been very helpful whenever we need everything. The crew is excellent on washing the tough spots before even going into the wash.

Not only was he friendly and informative, but he also went above and beyond when he noticed a small spot on my rear window that hadn’t been cleaned. He took the time to fix it without me asking. His attention to detail and proactive attitude should fast track him into a leadership role.
