Friendly, positive staff! No complaints here! You can't beat the price for membership! I get unlimited washes, free vacuum, and they clean your floor mats for you. Awesome is the word I would use to describe Tidal Wave!
I had an excellent experience at the car wash with Bre! She was incredibly friendly and attentive, love her personality!! making sure my car was spotless inside and out. The service was quick, and I really appreciated the attention to detail.
Got the fleet plan for our work trucks. Bri helped set it up and she’s been very helpful whenever we need everything. The crew is excellent on washing the tough spots before even going into the wash.
I had an excellent experience at this Tidal Wave location, thanks to AARON! Not only was he friendly and informative, but he also went above and beyond when he noticed a small spot on my rear window that hadn’t been cleaned. He took the time to fix it without me asking. His attention to detail and proactive attitude should fast track him into a leadership role.
I am not one to leave reviews. However I went today just to get a quick freshen up. Normally car washes give a quick halfway done scrub. I’m not sure the name of the lady who worked on my car today. But I sat for 5 or so minutes while she scrubbed under the vehicle, in the grill, all around. I don’t mind how long it took for how clean it is. I’m so throughly impressed and will come back. For $12 it was definitely worth the lovely experience.
