Friendly, positive staff! No complaints here! You can't beat the price for membership! I get unlimited washes, free vacuum, and they clean your floor mats for you. Awesome is the word I would use to describe Tidal Wave!

I’ve been going to this car wash for some time, I just want to say the customer service is always excellent and the professionalism of all the workers. I’d like to point out Ernest, he goes above and beyond and deserves the recognition. Highly recommend Tidal Wave!

Best Wash I have been too. Excellent lady at pay station, guy that directed us in and brushed off van was great. Also actually open as business hours say. Arrived at 7:40pm still taking cars, went to Big Tuna @ 7:30pm turned away even though they say open until 8pm! Guess where I won't be returning! Keep up the great work!

I had an excellent experience at the car wash with Bre! She was incredibly friendly and attentive, love her personality!! making sure my car was spotless inside and out. The service was quick, and I really appreciated the attention to detail.

Got the fleet plan for our work trucks. Bri helped set it up and she’s been very helpful whenever we need everything. The crew is excellent on washing the tough spots before even going into the wash.
