I have used Tidal Wave Car Wash on Schillinger Road several times. Each and every time it has been an outstanding experience. Best vacuums EVER and other additional cleaning perks as well. Casey is top notch in customer service. He removed and reattached my bike rack in order for me to use the car wash according to the high standards and quality of Tidal Wave. Most appreciative of his extra efforts with a kind attitude. I will definitely be back. Thank you very much.
LOVE me some Tidal Wave! We bring our fleet of company trucks through here on a weekly basis, and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience. Everyone is so friendly & considerate. Waited for almost 10 minutes at the payment kiosk. The person in front of me was having troubles, signing up, or was just talking to the attendant. I didn’t have a membership so couldn’t use that lane, apparently. At NO time was I acknowledged. I just left. This is not difficult process! If the attendant just let me know it would be a minute or something, I would have been fine. This is the second time this has happened but I was blocked from leaving last time. I’ll never return.
Came in planning to get a basic wash, and Garrett greeted me and welcomed me to Tidal Wave right away. When I told him I wanted the basic wash, he mentioned he’d seen me before and asked if I’d considered the clean club. I expected a sales pitch and I was ready to give the usual “no thanks,” but before I could, Garrett explained the value of the membership with no pressure at all. The Best Carwash in Town Just took my car by Tidal Wave for a quick wash. I’m always impressed by the friendly attendants who always greet patrons with a smile. The wash is quick, but thorough. The facility is sparkling clean, which enhances the overall experience. I love the design of the car wash- it’s relaxing to look out the beautiful windows as my car is bathed.
