I had an excellent experience at the car wash with Bre! She was incredibly friendly and attentive, love her personality!! making sure my car was spotless inside and out. The service was quick, and I really appreciated the attention to detail.

Best Wash I have been too. Excellent lady at pay station, guy that directed us in and brushed off van was great. Also actually open as business hours say. Arrived at 7:40pm still taking cars, went to Big Tuna @ 7:30pm turned away even though they say open until 8pm! Guess where I won't be returning! Keep up the great work!

Got the fleet plan for our work trucks. Bri helped set it up and she’s been very helpful whenever we need everything. The crew is excellent on washing the tough spots before even going into the wash.

Bre is always very helpful when we come through, she even helped my dad and I when we had an issue signing up for new service. She is always in good spirits and because of her we will remain loyal to Tidal Wave even though we pass two car washes to get here 😁

I had an excellent experience at this Tidal Wave location, thanks to AARON! Not only was he friendly and informative, but he also went above and beyond when he noticed a small spot on my rear window that hadn’t been cleaned. He took the time to fix it without me asking. His attention to detail and proactive attitude should fast track him into a leadership role.
