The Best Carwash in Town Just took my car by Tidal Wave for a quick wash. I’m always impressed by the friendly attendants who always greet patrons with a smile. The wash is quick, but thorough. The facility is sparkling clean, which enhances the overall experience. I love the design of the car wash- it’s relaxing to look out the beautiful windows as my car is bathed. I purchased a car wash from Tidal Wave Auto Spa. I was highly impressed with the wash and the quality of the vacuums, the overall experience was great. Typically I’d use Rich’s for the convenience, and for the price, but I wanted to try a new place, and let’s just say Tidal Wave did not disappoint! Sadly though, the same day I rec’d the wash, it rained. LOVE me some Tidal Wave! We bring our fleet of company trucks through here on a weekly basis, and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience. Everyone is so friendly & considerate. Special shout out to Chi (not sure I spelled that correctly), Casey & Cam. I came by today & forgot that I had a bag of garbage in my truck bed. I stopped before entering to make sure I grabbed it & thought I would throw it in the dumpster when I got back to my shop but Casey said no worries - and took care of it for me! This location on Schillenger Rd. From start to finish is a class act. An amazing car wash facility, very inviting the customer service from Casey and Keontae is beyond reproach. Nothing good things to say about this location. The vacuums at this location are 1 of the main attractions. All of them work and work well full throttle… Again Casey made my experience at Tidal Wave the absolute best.
Waited for almost 10 minutes at the payment kiosk. The person in front of me was having troubles, signing up, or was just talking to the attendant. I didn’t have a membership so couldn’t use that lane, apparently. At NO time was I acknowledged. I just left. This is not difficult process! If the attendant just let me know it would be a minute or something, I would have been fine. This is the second time this has happened but I was blocked from leaving last time. I’ll never return.
