Tidal Wave is great! The employees, especially Chief and Mac, genuinely care about your car wash quality and overall experience. I feel very welcome and taken care of when I visit. They spray off the dead bugs prior to entering the wash tunnel. There are plenty of spaces to park, including shaded areas, to wipe down your vehicle afterwards. I really like the vacuum cleaner nozzles because the shape allows you to get into the smaller spaces under and on the sides of your car seats. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service at The Title Car Wash! I had a great experience at Title Car Wash! Wendell was especially kind and went above and beyond—he came right out to my car and offered to clean my rubber mats. His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. It’s rare to find that level of care and service these days. Thank you, Wendell, for providing top-notch service—I’ll definitely be back!

See attached photos. I did NOT leave the property before contacting the manager to discuss the damage. The manager on duty promptly and efficiently filled out an incident report (almost like he does several a day?) and took pictures of the damage while quickly and defensively explaining to me that “there is no way the equipment could’ve caused the damage because it goes front to back, not side to side” 🤯. Windel was very helpful at the Dubuque location. He even washed all of my floor mats for me. Very polite.. Thank you so much!! I pay monthly and get my car washed here all the time I go to the Platteville car wash the most because I live in Wisconsin! But I shop in Iowa all the time!

Tidal wave is the first car wash we joined. The Dubuque employees are sooo friendly and recognized you whe you drive in. From the first time Wendell has been so awesome. Once in awhile he'll even take our floor mats out and wash them. Keep up the positive experience!!
