On only my second time through this place the exterior of my vehicle was damaged. All of this after waiting a half an hour to get my “fast pass” sorted out. They claimed the worker I dealt with on my initial visit registered my pass incorrectly. The service crew are all very friendly people, but overall this was a very disappointing experience.
Best car wash here in Dubuque by far. Always excited to see my favorite employee, Wendell. He is always the first and last face I see and is absolutely amazing!
Wendell, at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Dubuque was and is very hands on and informative on what is offered here. Friendly smile and very knowledgeable! Hands ✋️ down, this my favorite car wash! Affordable, and no scratches on my new car!!
Everyone was so friendly and nice! My car really need some tlc after the winter and the wash made my car shiny and clean. Being able to use towels and window cleaner and vacuums was even better to get the last of winter out of my car. I asked if they would clean my floor mats and they sprayed those off with a smile. I would highly recommend Jeremy and all the Dubuque tidal wave team. Thanks again guys!
Wendell is an awesome employee. He always has a smile on his face & a welcoming hello for you that puts a smile on your face & can make a bad day good.
