I’ve had a car wash pass here for a few years on a few different cars and I love it! The washes are high quality and the staff are always helpful and kind! Frank always says hi and answers any questions I have. Victoria was extremely helpful when I had problems with my pass. Javier the site leader always ensures every problem is taken care of and the washes are high-quality. The provided vacuums and glass cleaner with towels are always great and allow for deep cleaning! Overall very happy with my experience with Tidal Wave!
I had such a great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash thanks to Sophie! From the moment I pulled in, she was super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went smoothly. What really stood out was her positive attitude and attention to detail—she made the whole experience quick, easy, and actually enjoyable. It’s not often you come across customer service like that anymore. Give Sophie a raise—she’s awesome and definitely a big reason I’ll be coming back!
Great customer service and service with smiles. The day that I went the staff was so patient and courteous. They also did a great job of taking care of my car, especially the tires which hadn't been cleaned in years! I also want to give a special shout to Mr. Frank Boerdner, he was super kind, patient, and helpful in helping me to navigate the self-service kiosk my first time there.
The employees at the car wash are nice and very friendly. The wash might have caused a few scratches to my vehicle which is unfortunate. My only gripe is the 7 day policy they have when canceling wash memberships. I tried to do it online multiple times and every time I tried it says I wasn’t found as a customer. Then I called customer service the first time and the call got dropped. So I sent in a ticket and didn’t hear anytime.
