Beware! I have been going here now for 3 months. Today they chipped my passanger window. After filing an incident report, the manager called and claimed that the chip was already there per their cameras. They refused to show me the proof because they wanted to cover the company and screw over their loyal customer. Use caution and if you still choose to use them, record the condition of your vehicle before you pull in to start the wash so that they can't lie their way out of your damage.
Have been coming regularly for probably a couple years and in the beginning I was satisfied but now every time I get a wash the back of my suv is left dirty and it’s getting worse. Yesterday I towel dried my car and got to the back and not a drop of water or soap had been applied! I would have run my car through again but I had just put the effort in towel drying the front and didn’t want to start over again as it wasn’t very warm out. Been coming to this car wash now for a few years. Hands down the best in town ( when it's up and running correctly ). The only thing I don't like is the way some of the employees don't take the time to put the bug wash on as I do a lot of traveling and in the summer it's terrible. The other thing I don't like is how they stack the cars right on top of each other. Last but not least the towels to dry my car smell so bad most days. Great car wash… when it’s open… there’s no way to check if you’re open until we drive all the way over there. To be clear, when I can get a car wash, I love the staff, service, and result, 5stars there. Today in particular I tried to call and ask if you’re open but the phones are set to ‘currently closed’ even though it’s regular business hours. Love this car wash. Love having the air compressor nozzle with the vacuum. Makes for a really clean car. My car looks new, and I have not even put the upholstery shine on it yet. Love the towels and surface cleaner available in the vacuum area as well. Welcome to town and thank you for choosing Clinton. ❤️
