Super rude. Got here at 8:15 to vacuum my car I have an account here online but don’t have a membership it’s to expensive. But I spoke to the lady and ask if she could turn on the vacuums she said if you wash your car. Then she went on a rant about how much it cost her to turn on vacuums and run the business. I just wanted to vacuum out my car quick. Just super rude and talking down to me. I wouldn’t get a membership here says free vacs all over the building. Super great service. The vacuums have power suction and the fresh towels and cleaning sprays are available to reeeally get your car looking clean. Very helpful employees!! Thank you Sam and crew.
This car wash is closed during operation hours way too often for maintenance and repairs. I'm about 1 more wasted trip across town from canceling. Easy 20 plus times now this year. Please improve maintenance scheduling......update....Ended up canceling after seeing the yellow rope up again. 9-17-25
Love this car wash. Love having the air compressor nozzle with the vacuum. Makes for a really clean car. My car looks new, and I have not even put the upholstery shine on it yet. Love the towels and surface cleaner available in the vacuum area as well. Welcome to town and thank you for choosing Clinton. ❤️
I swung by Tidal Wave this past weekend and was very happy with the job, as always ! I went out of town and had so many bugs on my windshield and headlights, it was disgusting. I didn't even think they would all come off with 1 wash- but they did , thanks to Anna! I was so impressed with the dedication Anna shows when it comes to getting the job done right!
