I am incredibly disappointed in the quality Tidal Wave’s performance. My truck collected a light layer of dirt over the span of a week or two, which I decided to try the Sea-Gloss wash. Keep in mind this wash was $26. From the start of the wash the pre-wash down was meek, and the large cleaners beat both my tow mirrors back farther than they are designed to go. Believe the bad reviews. Took the wife's Edge through since we were in the neighborhood. Followed a white pickup through the wash that had grime on his tailgate. After he was done his entire tailgate was still dirty and my wife's Edges bottom 1 foot of the body on the sides were still dirty and the whole backend of the lift gate was 90% dirty. Well I paid $35 for a top-end wash and the back of my truck is covered in dust and dirt, like I never even went to a car wash. This happened several times previously at the same location so I stopped going there. My normal car wash was closed for maintenance today so I thought I'd give them a try again. Never again....

Worst experience at a car wash ever. I went to get a vacuum because the sign said “free vacuums.” “oh, the vacuum is free with a wash, vacuums are five dollars on their own.” “okay,” I say. I paid five dollars and drive through the loop to find the vacuum area blocked off with no signage indicating where to go or what to do.
