See photos. This is what my vehicle looked like after going through TWICE!! The first time I went through I could clearly see spots all over my windows...every one of them. I pulled back around, and the attendant agreed that the windows shouldn't have looked like that, and let me through the second time for free. I was good with that. What do I say... well. Terrible. (7/14/26 @ approx 815am) Having never been there, i pulled up with no real expectations except a clean car. Even that was a fail. The first person to see me was Xavier. Seemed nice... said hello and then jammed a clipboard in my face and asked which service i'd like. After staring at it for a few seconds, I said "what am i looking at?" THEN he decided to talk and explain the highest tier stuff to me and even offered a club membership. I was so impressed with the excellent service today at Tidal Wave. AP and MO went above and beyond to help me make sure my car looked spotless. They took extra care with cleaning my mats and were super helpful! Great job!
AP was wonderful in answering my questions. He told me to go through again since the back of my vehicle was still dirty, and he went all out in making sure my car mats were clean.
Best Carwash around, hands down. JT, an associate in the bay, was courteous and easy to work with!! Nayhlan, another washbay associate, stands proudly by his work everyday! He seems happy to do great work!! Thank you guys. Keep me shining!!
