I am incredibly disappointed in the quality Tidal Wave’s performance. My truck collected a light layer of dirt over the span of a week or two, which I decided to try the Sea-Gloss wash. Keep in mind this wash was $26. From the start of the wash the pre-wash down was meek, and the large cleaners beat both my tow mirrors back farther than they are designed to go. Well I paid $35 for a top-end wash and the back of my truck is covered in dust and dirt, like I never even went to a car wash. This happened several times previously at the same location so I stopped going there. My normal car wash was closed for maintenance today so I thought I'd give them a try again. Never again....
I paid $18 which to my understanding is their lowest priced package (outside of tire shine) and it left my whole car covered in dried little white spots. I did like their vacuums but disappointed with the wash and won’t return.
I will only come here! Stopped by to use the vacuums, and it was totally worth it even just for that. They are super powerful, easy to use, and get in every nook and cranny. Houses are super long so I was able to do my whole van without moving. Wiped down the whole inside with their cleaner and towels (I used quite a few). The guys even offered to power wash my doormats even though I didn’t get a wash. My kids better feel like this van is a Ferrari.
I went through, as a member, and during the dry cycle my back window was completely blown off and all the hardware/hydraulics/etc. They took my information, and never got back to me. I called 800#, tried their local#, chatted in, and finally had to physically go to the location(3 weeks later) where I waited over 15 minutes. Manager said "that's my bad, I thought they mailed you a letter" " we aren't liable" . I guess their "video footage" blamed my window.
