See photos. This is what my vehicle looked like after going through TWICE!! The first time I went through I could clearly see spots all over my windows...every one of them. I pulled back around, and the attendant agreed that the windows shouldn't have looked like that, and let me through the second time for free. I was good with that. I was so impressed with the excellent service today at Tidal Wave. AP and MO went above and beyond to help me make sure my car looked spotless. They took extra care with cleaning my mats and were super helpful! Great job!
AP was wonderful in answering my questions. He told me to go through again since the back of my vehicle was still dirty, and he went all out in making sure my car mats were clean.
Avoid at all costs. Scam. Went for a single wash, then returned a month later and purchased a membership. Recieved my sticker and used as needed. After a few months noticed duplicate charges. Raised concern with corporate and was denied a refund. Local owner also went no contact rather than trying to help resolve. Overpriced, horrible customer service, very obviously runs on taking advantage of trusting customers. Best Carwash around, hands down. JT, an associate in the bay, was courteous and easy to work with!! Nayhlan, another washbay associate, stands proudly by his work everyday! He seems happy to do great work!! Thank you guys. Keep me shining!!
