DISCLAIMER - NEGLIGENT EMPLOYEES I went through the car wash. Everything was fine. Until I reached near the air dryer portion. As I was going through , the car wash , something came and HIT my rear view mirror . After I came out, I wanted to file a report. I went through the car wash today around 11:30 am and there was a young man drawing a smiley face in soap on all the windows that had kids in the car. My son loved it and I’m sure the other kids did also. This was great display of customer service. Hopefully he is rewarded for going above and beyond just to be kind.
Went there to get a wash with my membership. I always request to not have my car brushed because it leaves scratches and who wants a scratched up car? I had a question for the attendant and in the midst of my question being answered, his boss rudely rushed him to move the line along. He was the sprayer at the time so as I approached him, he half sprayed my vehicle down. I went through the car wash but noticed it was still bird droppings on my hood and trunk of my car. I first went to this location in January 2025 after my son's ex girlfriend egged our cars. Joel and his crew really took their time and got my car cleaned off. I stopped at a different carwash first and the guy didn't even want to try and get it off. Joel took his time and got the egg off. Joel, Tyler, Parker, Jakob, Skylar, Cully, Donnie, and several others are friendly and polite. Great location. Good staff.
I've been coming to Tidal Wave for almost two years and haven't experienced a worker like Joel. Joel was a breath of fresh air, he was the only worker scrubbing the cars this morning and usually when there's one attendant there, they only scrub the front in a hasty manne , but Joel was very meticulous, he took extra care with my car and was amazing to talk to! he has a such a great sense of humor and he was just so welcoming overall. I definitely hope to encounter him again, shout out to Joel!
