DISCLAIMER - NEGLIGENT EMPLOYEES I went through the car wash. Everything was fine. Until I reached near the air dryer portion. As I was going through , the car wash , something came and HIT my rear view mirror . After I came out, I wanted to file a report. I love this Tidal Wave! They are very friendly and great workers, reliability is one of the many best qualities they have too. Towels and spray bottles are always available and the wash gets my car so clean every time :)
I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash! The staff was friendly and professional, and the process was quick and easy. My car came out sparkling clean, inside and out. I also appreciate how well they maintain the facility, everything was organized and efficient. Definitely worth it, and I’ll be coming back regularly!
I’ve been going to this car wash since it opened and have been on the monthly pass. At first the car wash was really good but now it seems the wash leaves my car looking worse than it did going in “dirty”. I did a test run with my daughter to see if it was just my imagination. I cleaned and buffed my car this morning/afternoon myself and around 3 took it through car wash to see test my theory.
