Purchased the platinum car wash single but it didn’t not do a good job cleaning my car. It left streaks of dirtiness and the tire shine only half worked. My car was the only one in line that did not receive a pre-wash scrub by an employee. He walked away to talk to another coworker when it was my turn and skipped my car once he came back. Overall not a great experience and my car was still dirty upon exiting the car wash. Not worth the $30 I paid

I’ve been a clean club member at this location since they opened years ago. The staff gives my car extra attention before going through the motorized wash when needed. For instance, this last week a Winter bird migration left my car spotted with hundreds of gross spots. Sean and his 2 mates not only pressure washed it, but sponge bathed and brush mopped my car. Shoutout to Telvin at Tidal Wave! He was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy. He took the time to explain everything and made sure my car was taken care of. Great service and good vibes. definitely coming back.

Shawn was extremely thorough during the pre-wash. I had bird droppings on my car, and he took the time to fully remove everything before the wash even started. Excellent attention to detail and great service.

I’ve been going to this car wash for a few months and the assistant Telvin was really friendly and knowledgeable on the products offered. He understood my need to stay within a budget but wanting to still get a good wash. I didn’t consider getting a membership until speaking with him.
