Purchased the platinum car wash single but it didn’t not do a good job cleaning my car. It left streaks of dirtiness and the tire shine only half worked. My car was the only one in line that did not receive a pre-wash scrub by an employee. He walked away to talk to another coworker when it was my turn and skipped my car once he came back. Overall not a great experience and my car was still dirty upon exiting the car wash. Not worth the $30 I paid
I moved to Roswell recently and have stopped by this car wash a few times. The service is great! Today, after my visit, I came across their upcoming Charity Day on 9/19. 100% of the proceeds will benefit local organizations, one of which I am personally connected to. As a teacher and a parent, I appreciate that Tidal Wave invests in our learning community!
Strongly don’t believe I got the top wash, over crowded or poor time management on the spots. The Graph-X light never lit up, the sea shore light lit up only when my vehicle went through it. Was definitely not happy with the outcome of my wash, $30 dollars down the drain 🤦🏽♂️.
Great experience at Tidal Wave in Roswell! I got the $12 wash, which felt like a great value. The wash was good, and the tire shine made my wheels look super sleek. I was especially impressed by the interior tools—strong vacuum, powerful air gun for hard-to-reach spots, and even free air for tires. Everything worked well, and I left with my car looking and feeling really clean. Definitely recommend!
Just had the worst experience ever at this location this guy was so rude his name was DJ and he said he was the manager I’m never coming there again I only gave one star because it wouldn’t let me go further. We wanted to ask him a question and he just sat in his car looking at us he didn’t say can I help you do you need help he talking about he was on his break how unprofessional is that.My husband had to get out the car and go over to him . This is some BS…..This location definitely deserves a 0.
