This place is garbage. They wash badly, dry badly, break your windows and mirrors, don't respond when you call to pay, treat you rudely, and scratch your paintwork badly. If you value your car, don't come here.
I go to this car wash, different location all the time. First time trying this location and it scratched up my side mirror. Maybe it was my fault for not bringing them in but it should not scratch that bad. I would avoid just to be safe. I even purchased a membership but want to cancel after the first wash.
I’ve never written a review for a car wash before, but my experience was far too great not to say something! Every employee I had the chance to interact with was kind, professional, and courteous. I even spoke with the manager, he treated me with the same kindness and professionalism as everyone else. I highly recommend this business, they have proven themselves to operate a step above the rest!
Update: car wash opened and the wash was great. Provided Towels and vacuums were great. Unfortunately I slipped on ice and bloodied my hand. It was the Monday after the ice storm. They put salt after I pointed out the icy spot by the office. I appreciate their attention to that. The car wash is closed today due to being frozen. Matt was so helpful and super nice! Great wash on my truck Everytime I go. Matt was a standup dude and noticed I left my floor mat in the cleaner and saved it for me for two days till I could come get pick it up and he recognized me with a smile. 11/10 service!
