Purchased the platinum car wash single but it didn’t not do a good job cleaning my car. It left streaks of dirtiness and the tire shine only half worked. My car was the only one in line that did not receive a pre-wash scrub by an employee. He walked away to talk to another coworker when it was my turn and skipped my car once he came back. Overall not a great experience and my car was still dirty upon exiting the car wash. Not worth the $30 I paid

I have been a member of tidal wave Auto Spa for over a year, and they never fail to do an excellent job of washing my car. Today, Caleb went the extra mile and power washed all the bugs and dirt off after my long road trip. I highly recommend them, especially in Georgia where the pollan, Biggs, and birds often leave daily evidence of their existence!

I used to like this place but today I learned that when driving up and entering the type of car wash you want, you can ONLY agree to sign up for a membership with recurring monthly charges. If you only want a one-time wash, you have to wait for an employee to walk up to your car with a tablet to order the service. There is no longer an option to select a regular one-time wash without having your hand held by an employee (a grumbling one, in my case). Prices raised. Basic wash with tire shine now $24. Nope. See ya. Lost another customer. Edit: as I cannot directly respond to your response, I will say that a quick Google search for tidal wave prices for the basic package that includes tire shine have drastically changed. Calling your customers "confused" is also not a wise business decision. Shameful that lying has become standard operating procedure for businesses around here lately.
