Shout out to Kalub and the team for a great service experience and car wash! Outside of getting a great car wash (frequent user since 2024) they also helped me with a dead battery that happened during my car wash. While the car did not start after trying a few things from the team (jumper box, jumper cables from staff) - Kalub tirelessly helped me install my new car battery and went above and beyond his job description, until I was able to drive the car out the lot! Purchased the platinum car wash single but it didn’t not do a good job cleaning my car. It left streaks of dirtiness and the tire shine only half worked. My car was the only one in line that did not receive a pre-wash scrub by an employee. He walked away to talk to another coworker when it was my turn and skipped my car once he came back. Overall not a great experience and my car was still dirty upon exiting the car wash. Not worth the $30 I paid
Got my car washed the other day and the service was fantastic! Best service I've had at a car wash in so long. This sweet young man named Kalub (I made sure to get his name spelled correctly because it’s spelled differently) helped me and he was kind and considerate. He’s such a charming fella. I will definitely be returning!
Shoutout to Telvin at Tidal Wave! He was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy. He took the time to explain everything and made sure my car was taken care of. Great service and good vibes. definitely coming back.
I’ve been going to this car wash for a few months and the assistant Telvin was really friendly and knowledgeable on the products offered. He understood my need to stay within a budget but wanting to still get a good wash. I didn’t consider getting a membership until speaking with him.
