Purchased the platinum car wash single but it didn’t not do a good job cleaning my car. It left streaks of dirtiness and the tire shine only half worked. My car was the only one in line that did not receive a pre-wash scrub by an employee. He walked away to talk to another coworker when it was my turn and skipped my car once he came back. Overall not a great experience and my car was still dirty upon exiting the car wash. Not worth the $30 I paid
I made it easy for them to clean my car and they chose not to clean the trunk even though I popped it as instructed. I undid the latch so they could get under the matt that covers the spare tire, even unscrewed the spare tire so they could move it around and it would be easy for them to clean - and they chose to not vacuum it up.
Kaleb was amazing! When we first signed up, our fast pass wasn’t originally connected correctly and he communicated the issue and fixed it immediately with an amazing attitude! We love this car wash and the employees (and owner) are always so helpful!
I moved to Roswell recently and have stopped by this car wash a few times. The service is great! Today, after my visit, I came across their upcoming Charity Day on 9/19. 100% of the proceeds will benefit local organizations, one of which I am personally connected to. As a teacher and a parent, I appreciate that Tidal Wave invests in our learning community!
I purchased just one time single cleaning services of $12 using my debit card. This car wash has been drawing from my checking account $23.97 every month from the month of March. I didn't sign up for recurring, and if it was for recurring it would have been $12. I called them but they said they can't reimburse me for anything. I didn't sign up for recurring services and i only used their servicesthat one time. I had to call my bank to file a claim and I did. They are crooked.
