I’ve been going to this car wash since I moved into the area about a year ago. My car has never been damaged here and I love how my tires look even though I only get the basic car wash. Service is great as they have multiple employees around the car wash. Shout out to DJ.
Great experience at Tidal Wave in Roswell! I got the $12 wash, which felt like a great value. The wash was good, and the tire shine made my wheels look super sleek. I was especially impressed by the interior tools—strong vacuum, powerful air gun for hard-to-reach spots, and even free air for tires. Everything worked well, and I left with my car looking and feeling really clean. Definitely recommend!
Strongly don’t believe I got the top wash, over crowded or poor time management on the spots. The Graph-X light never lit up, the sea shore light lit up only when my vehicle went through it. Was definitely not happy with the outcome of my wash, $30 dollars down the drain 🤦🏽♂️.
I was originally planning to leave a negative review, but I received excellent customer service that changed my mind. I visited on May 5th, 2025, around 6 PM. Upon my arrival I spoke with the gentlemen near the entrance and shared that I was not satisfied. I also asked one of the attendants (a white gentleman) if I could use a brush to clean my car. A young Black gentleman with locks kindly stepped in and said he would speak to the person who preps cars before the wash to make sure it was handled properly. Although he did ... read more
Terrible. The upper roller wasn’t working which they didn’t disclose when I paid for the service. They used a sponge on the hood and top and gave me a second run through, only we had to wait 20 minutes while they fixed something. All the soap from the sponge dried. Needless to say, the splashing of soap over the surface of the dried on soapy dirt didn’t do much. I’d love to insert the pictures I took.
