We had a fantastic experience at this Tidal Wave Auto Spa location! It's clean and everything works well. Jess checked us in and did an awesome job pre-washing our car. Her love for and skill at her job were evident, and she didn't stop for one minute the whole time we were there.
Amazing customer service! The two guys (Mike and Kaleb) went above and beyond to help me and were so kind and helpful. Kaleb let me know I could have a touch less car wash, which I much prefer, and Mike was really kind and helpful. Thank you guys so much. I will definitely be back!

If you like keeping your car properly washed I recommend taking your car to Tidal Wave. Whether you have a car or a fleet of cars the prices are very reasonable! They keep the place very clean and Organized. They offer soft cloth towel, which is gentle on your car's paint and won't scratch it. The vacuum has a long hose and has very nice suction power. We brought in our 2025 white Chrysler Pacifica and purchased the $15 Simply Clean wash. The car was fairly dirty after a road trip, but the wash did not clean the back tailgate—we had to scrub that area ourselves. It also didn’t remove any road tar. I’m glad we didn’t pay for a wax, which would have sealed in the dirt and tar. I do appreciate the post‑wash vacuum and cleanup stations.
