We had a fantastic experience at this Tidal Wave Auto Spa location! It's clean and everything works well. Jess checked us in and did an awesome job pre-washing our car. Her love for and skill at her job were evident, and she didn't stop for one minute the whole time we were there.

Went to Tota Tidal Wave today and Mike and his team were great! I wanted to double wash after a long road trip. Mike offered a membership to save, but I'm not close enough or wash enough. On the second time through he first moved cones to help me loop back in, then said I'm gonna come help prescrib to make sure you get what you're looking for. Superb! Great service and a true care for the customer. Thanks Mike!

The manager, Mr. Patrick, is always incredibly attentive, and despite the high employee turnover, the staff is always smiling, treating everyone with the utmost respect and courtesy. If you like keeping your car properly washed I recommend taking your car to Tidal Wave. Whether you have a car or a fleet of cars the prices are very reasonable! They keep the place very clean and Organized. They offer soft cloth towel, which is gentle on your car's paint and won't scratch it. The vacuum has a long hose and has very nice suction power. The staff is very polite, very friendly, very helpful! Thank You Patrick, Jonathan and Jessica!
