Just got off the phone with somebody who called me from there I guess maybe he was the owner but he said he watched the video of me going in and that there's no way that the scratch could happen there. He said that he had the video and watched it and it didn't happen. But when I asked to watch the video he said we don't do that. Why would you not do that? For multiple months I’ve been charged for a car wash membership that I never signed up for. I don’t even live in Marietta and got my car washed at Tidal Wave once in December 2024 when I happened to be in the area. When the car wash associate asked me if I wanted a membership, I told them no, I don’t live here and I’m just getting my car washed this one time.
