I was pleasantly surprised by the service at this carwash. The carwash it self is efficient and has plenty of blow dryers at the end. This helps leave less streaks on my car. I just got the basic wash since my car is on the older side. Marcus was such a wonderful attendant! He made sure to offer water, wash my mats, and brought my son a freeze pop. He also made sure to suggest I sign up for a membership. I highly recommend this carwash facility.
Truly love coming to this location. It is always clean and has everything you need. I spoke with a young lady named Tina and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Most importantly, my car received a much needed clean. I will return and recommend.
Had a really rough day and ended up with a flat tire . Decided to pull into tidal wave to asses the flat tire . While managing & working on finding a solution I was approached by , who I believe , is the manager . I was not able to get his name but I just want to give him 5 gold stars for his helpfulness , professionalism , and thoughtfulness to a complete stranger . I’m so happy that I ended up at Tidal Wave . Exceptional service and amazing people .
This location @ Marietta Square has always delivered an exceptional wash experience. I had new tires installed and the tire center did not remount my spare underneath the truck bed of my vehicle. The manager & his associate removed the spare from the bed of my truck then sent me through the wash. Once the wash was complete they asked me to pull back around so they could load the tire back in the truck bed. I attempted to tip both gentlemen & they both refused to accept it. This review is provided in exchange for a five dollar discount. While this deal may seem dubious or underhanded, it was a bargain given that I just happened to spot this location from the road, in search of some place to vacuum out my girlfriend's vehicle. Since part of the deal required a review on the spot and I was having trouble with my device scanning the promotional QR code, I was about to back out and go elsewhere.
