I was pleasantly surprised by the service at this carwash. The carwash it self is efficient and has plenty of blow dryers at the end. This helps leave less streaks on my car. I just got the basic wash since my car is on the older side. Marcus was such a wonderful attendant! He made sure to offer water, wash my mats, and brought my son a freeze pop. He also made sure to suggest I sign up for a membership. I highly recommend this carwash facility.
It is my understanding that that my membership is good at any location, there was an issues with black spots on my white van so I pulled into this location because it was closer. I was told I needed to drive pass my home at dinner time with my grandson and go to the location that washed my car. Needless to say membership is canceled, due to customer service I would not recommend membership or services when there are car washes on every corner
I’ve been coming here for 4 years, and today reminded me why. I cleaned my vehicle really well — to the point that I was literally leaving a trail of pine straw and beach sand behind me. I felt awful thinking about whoever would have to clean up after me, so I reached out to one of the employees to try to leave a tip and apologize for the mess. He was so kind and gracious. I love this place! Great team, great service, and they do a great job. For me, it is well worth the membership fee. My Tundra pickup truck always looks brand new.
This is a great location to wash your car. O’Neal was the staff member who helped me today, and even with the extremely cold weather, they were still open. The vacuums here are very powerful, and I never have issues with limited towels or spray.
