Just got off the phone with somebody who called me from there I guess maybe he was the owner but he said he watched the video of me going in and that there's no way that the scratch could happen there. He said that he had the video and watched it and it didn't happen. But when I asked to watch the video he said we don't do that. Why would you not do that?
