I was pleasantly surprised by the service at this carwash. The carwash it self is efficient and has plenty of blow dryers at the end. This helps leave less streaks on my car. I just got the basic wash since my car is on the older side. Marcus was such a wonderful attendant! He made sure to offer water, wash my mats, and brought my son a freeze pop. He also made sure to suggest I sign up for a membership. I highly recommend this carwash facility.
Excellent service from start to finish! I brought my car in for polishing and scratch removal, and I’m very pleased with the results. The car looks great, and the entire process was handled professionally. A special thanks to Caleb Parlor for his excellent management and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
Truly love coming to this location. It is always clean and has everything you need. I spoke with a young lady named Tina and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Most importantly, my car received a much needed clean. I will return and recommend.
I have been a member at this place for over four years. I washed my car today and it ended up with soap residue on the windshield and all the windows. I approached a member of the team who was doing the observation, and he indicated that he didn't care that my car didn't look good and that he thought it was fine. with a terrible reluctance to provide a solution to the problem
Had a really rough day and ended up with a flat tire . Decided to pull into tidal wave to asses the flat tire . While managing & working on finding a solution I was approached by , who I believe , is the manager . I was not able to get his name but I just want to give him 5 gold stars for his helpfulness , professionalism , and thoughtfulness to a complete stranger . I’m so happy that I ended up at Tidal Wave . Exceptional service and amazing people .
