I have been in the wash business 35 years and this place is horrible. As bad as tidal wave wants to take over the world of washing cars and out the little family run washes out of business by building next door to them, how do they plan on doing when they can't clean a car? 270 miles on this truck and filthy, no towels, several vacuums stopped up and dont work and we pay for this? Support your local family operations that care, not these PE groups trying to take over for money

Joseph is amazing! Every time I come to this car wash, he goes above and beyond to make sure my car looks perfect. He’s professional, friendly, and pays attention to every detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and about the customers. My car has never looked better! Highly recommend asking for Joseph he’s the best!
The actual car wash machinery does a great job, but the service (prewashing efforts) before and after the wash (help with an issue) was stellar. I usually go through a car wash before I wash my car myself to get all the big debris off, but I barely had to do anything when I washed myself, even on my wheels! this was for the basic $15 wash too. 10/10 Experience — Truly Outstanding Service! After driving nearly 40 minutes because the previous location had a malfunction, I was understandably frustrated. However, my entire experience turned around thanks to Joseph, the manager. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
