I had great service from this car wash for a long time. I went in to the car wash in the beginning of March and canceled my membership due to a job location change and would no longer be located close to there car wash. I noticed that I have been charged for the last 4 billing cycles so I call into the customer service. She reached out to the site leader and he was only willing to refund one month even know he could see the membership even know it should have been canceled hasn’t been used since the beginning of march. Best car wash, all the staff is super friendly and very helpful, the place is always clean. Left my car super clean !
Back in June I went in for a "Tire Shine" level wash. I was told by staff they were running a special and for the price of one wash I could join the unlimited plan and just pay that price monthly. I was charged $24.98 that day. I noticed months later they have been charging me double that amount every month $49.97. When I called in and explained the situation they told me the special was actually paying 1/2 price for one wash covering the first month and full price of the wash monthly. Tidal is good if your just going for a wash BUT DO NOT get their membership, you can call, try to cancel via website and or show up to the location itself and they'll try to charge you even after "cancelling" your membership.. No matter if you call in tidal is known for continuous charging..
