I have been in the wash business 35 years and this place is horrible. As bad as tidal wave wants to take over the world of washing cars and out the little family run washes out of business by building next door to them, how do they plan on doing when they can't clean a car? 270 miles on this truck and filthy, no towels, several vacuums stopped up and dont work and we pay for this? Support your local family operations that care, not these PE groups trying to take over for money
I had great service from this car wash for a long time. I went in to the car wash in the beginning of March and canceled my membership due to a job location change and would no longer be located close to there car wash. I noticed that I have been charged for the last 4 billing cycles so I call into the customer service. She reached out to the site leader and he was only willing to refund one month even know he could see the membership even know it should have been canceled hasn’t been used since the beginning of march. I've been coming here for years and never had an issue until today! The new manager Shawn, has zero customer service, he's rude, doesn't bother to introduce himself, just walks up to your vehicle and starts yelling at customers as if his title is Tidal Wave Sheriff! I just wanted my car clean, so I could be on my way, but this guy is apparently on a rampage, and when I interrupted his little rant, and politely asked if he could just fix the issue...he got highly offended, and proceeded to cause a scene.
