I had great service from this car wash for a long time. I went in to the car wash in the beginning of March and canceled my membership due to a job location change and would no longer be located close to there car wash. I noticed that I have been charged for the last 4 billing cycles so I call into the customer service. She reached out to the site leader and he was only willing to refund one month even know he could see the membership even know it should have been canceled hasn’t been used since the beginning of march. Hi, I usually go to Tidal Wave Auto Spa up in the square, or on Roswell RD. I’m here at the spa on 1255 Powder Springs ST. Every time I come to this location, it’s a pain. I pay good money to be a Club Member, why is every associate outside on there phones, really? This is ridiculous. No wonder they don’t care, they didn’t even wash my car off in the back, that’s why it’s still dirty. Tighten up.
Back in June I went in for a "Tire Shine" level wash. I was told by staff they were running a special and for the price of one wash I could join the unlimited plan and just pay that price monthly. I was charged $24.98 that day. I noticed months later they have been charging me double that amount every month $49.97. When I called in and explained the situation they told me the special was actually paying 1/2 price for one wash covering the first month and full price of the wash monthly.
