I was told over the phone and at the gate arm that a touch free wash is an option and nothing would come in contact with my vehicle other than the soap, water, etc. As I told the workers at the beginning of the wash that I wanted to retract anything that would touch my car physically, they began to joke about it after I rolled up my windows on how it was strange. I took my car here and if you know anything about Atlanta, you can wash your car one day and the next day it will rain and make it look like you did nothing! That wasn't the case after I went to Tidal Wave and all I got was the Hot Wax option which isn't the top of the line service. After days of heavy rain, my car and tires were still shining! I also appreciate that they have towels available to dry the door jambs and anywhere else that needs it. I gave it four stars becuase of the pricing but this is going to be my "go to... read more

I honestly am pretty let down that business hours state close at 7pm, so if I plan to be there before that closing time then I wish the business would stand by that as well. I pay for the highest membership and now am going to very much consider just driving to the other 3 surrounding me rather than this one closest to me. Best car wash chain I’ve used. The monthly plan is the best option to keep your car clean and looking new. Better and more convenient than washing the car at home. Ample staff and they’re always friendly and helpful.

I absolutely loooove this car wash people are always nice and friendly. Very helpful also. Definitely use my membership here all the time!!
