Meh, the wash was absolutely incredible and I appreciate the free vacuums. The only issue is the dryers snapped my antennae off my car, and I’m assuming the (tire dressing) part of the wash cracked one of my hubcaps. These are cheap and universal (easy) replacements which is why I wasn’t too mad but for anyone else Be mindful of this before visiting. If you have an antennae or hubcaps may want to remove them before the wash. This was my first time using a wash like this.
I’ve been a Tidal Wave member for 3-4 years. I visited this location while on the NW side of town and it was the best TW experience yet. The manager (Chris, I think) was really friendly and helpful. The location was spotless and I liked the full sun shades for drying.
I been a member for almost a year. Todays experience definitely stood out. Chris came to me and mentioned that they can wash my mats. Something that was never mentioned before. He did me the favor of washing them and letting them dry while I focused on the inside of my vehicle. He was extremely welcoming and friendly. NEVER have i experienced a car wash like today! Thanks Chris and Tidal Wave Auto Spa!
I had a fantastic experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash! The customer service was truly top-notch. The team went above and beyond by taking the time to power wash our WeatherTech floor mats, which made a huge difference. Everyone was incredibly personable, friendly, and eager to help. It’s clear that both the staff and management take pride in providing exceptional service and making customers feel valued. Highly recommend! 🚗✨ we will be customers for a while!
Great car wash, staff provide awesome customer service, conveniently located to my everyday route. They always have clean rags for wiping down your vehicle. Vacuums have great suction.
