I honestly am pretty let down that business hours state close at 7pm, so if I plan to be there before that closing time then I wish the business would stand by that as well. I pay for the highest membership and now am going to very much consider just driving to the other 3 surrounding me rather than this one closest to me. Best car wash chain I’ve used. The monthly plan is the best option to keep your car clean and looking new. Better and more convenient than washing the car at home. Ample staff and they’re always friendly and helpful.

I finally was able to clean my car and due to my restrictions It took me a while to clean my car but Tidal Wave had great prices,and everything I needed to wash, vaccum and clean my car.I recently had Rotator & Bicep repair surgery in Feb so I wasn't able to drive for almost 7weeks, other folls drove my car so my car needed this deep clean.

Ive been a loyal member of Tidal Wave services for several months. However, recently I had a horrible experience that resulted in my car being damaged after using their service. The trim panel on my car was ripped off by the blow machine while going through the car wash. It was completely in tact with no prior issues before entering , and the part was found inside the machine after i drove out and noticed the damage.
