I honestly am pretty let down that business hours state close at 7pm, so if I plan to be there before that closing time then I wish the business would stand by that as well. I pay for the highest membership and now am going to very much consider just driving to the other 3 surrounding me rather than this one closest to me. Best car wash chain I’ve used. The monthly plan is the best option to keep your car clean and looking new. Better and more convenient than washing the car at home. Ample staff and they’re always friendly and helpful.

There is room for improvement. There are a few employees that don't do the job, spend more time doing nothing. Do not clean the front and back fenders as should. Can't get good help. They hire but the people don't want to work. I have submitted a claim for damages. I submitted a receipt for replacement and it been 3 weeks and have not heard back.

I absolutely loooove this car wash people are always nice and friendly. Very helpful also. Definitely use my membership here all the time!!

I finally was able to clean my car and due to my restrictions It took me a while to clean my car but Tidal Wave had great prices,and everything I needed to wash, vaccum and clean my car.I recently had Rotator & Bicep repair surgery in Feb so I wasn't able to drive for almost 7weeks, other folls drove my car so my car needed this deep clean.
