My father’s new car was damaged due to the carelessness of this car wash. The car behind us wasn’t properly on the tracks and it lead to the car behind to hit him. What makes it worse is we never were contacted after, we found out through my brother’s review that they won’t take the responsibility. It’s extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. I visited Tidal Wave in Charlottesville, Virginia today to have my car cleaned, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When the wash was finished, my car was still covered in spots from front to back—on the sides, hood, and rear. Honestly, I could have spit on the car and ended up with a cleaner result. I approached the manager on duty and showed him the spots all over the vehicle, but he refused to run it back through the wash. First time and last time at this place! Young girl in the lane was extremely rude-1st red flag! I signed up for the Graph-4x monthly package...what a disappointment! There were chemicals/cleaners all over my car when it was complete. I guess the "Dry n' Shine" wasn't working because there were wet spots/stains all over my Jeep, plus the chemical residues. I had to take it to the Clean Machine (where I should have went in the first place) to get it cleaned again. I will be requesting a refund for this mess. Your response is... read more
The guys at the Charlottesville location right off of route 29 were great! I highly recommend you go see these guys to get your car detailed
