I have visited this location 3 times in recent months as a club member and had a bad experience each time. The 1st time they were evidently not operating the car wash but had no signage up to indicate this and they were turning away customers at the entrance. The 2nd time they proceeded to stop the car wash and repeatedly knock on my car very loudly and assertively pointing down in an attempt to ask me to roll down my car window. My father’s new car was damaged due to the carelessness of this car wash. The car behind us wasn’t properly on the tracks and it lead to the car behind to hit him. What makes it worse is we never were contacted after, we found out through my brother’s review that they won’t take the responsibility. It’s extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. They got females out here jump starting generators to give you a pre-power wash before your car wash in the summer to give us that extra and Dylan giving five star customer service in the 🍁🍂 Fall
So after exciting the car wash I found dust patterns in the car where the machine had hit it, but it had obviously not washed the car. I was unimpressed. The vacuums were ok. They didn't have a lot of detailing rags so even cleaning up after the missed spots didn't work so well. I've had even mediocre washes that were better. The employees were nice, but the machines not so good. + The menu system is super complicated. Just a nice wash is all I want. But they managed to make this simple request a case of great study.
