I have visited this location 3 times in recent months as a club member and had a bad experience each time. The 1st time they were evidently not operating the car wash but had no signage up to indicate this and they were turning away customers at the entrance. The 2nd time they proceeded to stop the car wash and repeatedly knock on my car very loudly and assertively pointing down in an attempt to ask me to roll down my car window. So after exciting the car wash I found dust patterns in the car where the machine had hit it, but it had obviously not washed the car. I was unimpressed. The vacuums were ok. They didn't have a lot of detailing rags so even cleaning up after the missed spots didn't work so well. I've had even mediocre washes that were better. The employees were nice, but the machines not so good. + The menu system is super complicated. Just a nice wash is all I want. But they managed to make this simple request a case of great study.
While the staff has been consistently kind, welcoming, and engaging with my son, the quality of the service has unfortunately not met our expectations during both of our visits. On our first visit, the car wash did not thoroughly clean our vehicle. Hoping for an improved experience, we returned for a second visit. I've been a monthly subscriber at Tidal Wave Auto Spa for a while now and really love the service. I go pretty regularly and my car always comes out looking great. Logan, one of the associates there, has been especially helpful. He's always friendly and makes sure I get what I need without any hassle. The monthly subscription is super convenient - I don't have to think about it, just drive through when my car needs a wash. The quality is consistent and the staff is nice to deal with. My car comes out dirty every time. I tried this place so many times because its convenient and I like the vacuums. But I have to buff my entire car every time, wiping birds poop, bugs, and a weird film off
