I’ve been a member for a little over a year now and I’ve never been so pleased with a car wash. The staff is extremely friendly and will frequently ask about your experience. You can catch them standing at the exit of the car wash ensuring the machines are all working properly. The cleaning stations are always clean and well kept. Depends on what you drive. I took my equinox through this car wash last year and it did an amazing job. I wished I lived closer to go there more often. However last week, I spent $30 on the top level car wash for my Bronco and I noticed when I left the back window was still filthy. Very Disappointed – Damaged My Car and Ignored My Complaint About two weeks ago, I purchased the Super Package for a car wash. I came here specifically to give credit where it’s due to the super nice black guy with the dreads and glasses who was at the car wash today. He took the time to scrub all the bugs off the front of my truck and clean things he knew wouldn’t wash off in the car wash. He went above and beyond and was very kind and thoughtful in his service. Thank you sir, you’re a class act! Tidal wave, you’re lucky to have him!
Chose this place since many gas stations in NY do not offer vacuuming services. I have a rental car and want to return it vacuumed. I am at Tidal Wave Auto Spa and they let me use their vacuum cleaner for my rental. I was allowed to use their vacuum and garbage free of charge. I really appreciate the hospitality and was going to pay for using the vacuum anyways. Thank you so much!
