I’ve been a member for a little over a year now and I’ve never been so pleased with a car wash. The staff is extremely friendly and will frequently ask about your experience. You can catch them standing at the exit of the car wash ensuring the machines are all working properly. The cleaning stations are always clean and well kept. Went in and got the highest wash offered. I’m not sure how exactly to explain it but when I was cleaning out my car the metal felt so smooth it almost felt soft. The vacuums are phenomenal and I love that they offer the pressurized air along with the rags and spray. I have a toddler so my car was a disaster with crumbs everywhere (we drive a lot and the kiddo has to eat at some point) and between the vacuum then air and vacuum again, it felt like the last time I got it detailed. 0 stars went through this car wash after the wash I heard something scraping in the road. I live 2 mins away when I got home I got out and my heat shield was hanging on my driveway. I tried to call and explain the the ai that if I backed out I would rip it off, it insisted that I backed out and came back. I spoke to theanager there very nice girl said that tidal wave is super cool and will take care of it all. Very Disappointed – Damaged My Car and Ignored My Complaint About two weeks ago, I purchased the Super Package for a car wash. Depends on what you drive. I took my equinox through this car wash last year and it did an amazing job. I wished I lived closer to go there more often. However last week, I spent $30 on the top level car wash for my Bronco and I noticed when I left the back window was still filthy.
