I’ve been a member for a little over a year now and I’ve never been so pleased with a car wash. The staff is extremely friendly and will frequently ask about your experience. You can catch them standing at the exit of the car wash ensuring the machines are all working properly. The cleaning stations are always clean and well kept. Very Disappointed – Damaged My Car and Ignored My Complaint About two weeks ago, I purchased the Super Package for a car wash. After the wash, I noticed several scratches and lines on the bonnet and roof of my car. I immediately brought this to the attention of the manager on site, Jerry, but unfortunately, he offered no help or resolution. I came here specifically to give credit where it’s due to the super nice black guy with the dreads and glasses who was at the car wash today. He took the time to scrub all the bugs off the front of my truck and clean things he knew wouldn’t wash off in the car wash. He went above and beyond and was very kind and thoughtful in his service. Thank you sir, you’re a class act! Tidal wave, you’re lucky to have him!

I’ve been meaning to try this new car wash out since I see it almost everyday and I’m so glad I finally did!! 10/10! The staff is friendly and they give you service where you feel comfortable and like they actually appreciate your business. I’ll be recommending to all my family and friends. The car wash itself is great but the staff makes it that much better

I’m from out of town and stopped by this Tidal Wave for a quick wash, honestly one of the best I’ve been to. The place was spotless, the wash itself was solid, and the self-clean vacuum area after was on point. Everything worked, it was easy to use, and the whole setup felt well taken care of. Big shout-out to Big Mike, super helpful, approachable, and willing to jump in and assist with anything you needed. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and want a fast, clean, no-hassle wash.
