I brought my brand-new 2025 GMC Yukon Denali through this so-called "car wash," and it came out with deep, severe scratches on the hood and grille - all the way down to the paint. Haven't been to El Campo in years and we see this new car wash. We took my grandfather in-laws car through it and the service was quick. We then went over to the free vacuums and as we're cleaning the inside one of the workers named Drake told us he didn't think the wash got everything and gave a another was for free! Very thankfully to have good people and great service!
Went to the beach and wanted to get the sand off the vehicle. Took the $30 wash, not impressed with the cleanliness. Still had bug splatters on the windshield and front grill. The sand appears to be washed off. The belt moves quickly. During the blower dryer process still had water spots on the rear window. I'll stay with the Speedy Stop wash or wash by hand.

This is the best wash in town! The services the employees and the managers provide is outstanding! They always take care of my Ruby and have the best customer service in all of EC! I always recommend this wash to others because no other wash in town will get your car as clean as Tidal Wave does!
