I come by every Sunday after church, and he’s always smiling, communicates great, and goes above and beyond every time. Today I didn’t have my wallet and had to back out of line since they take cards only. Marcus made my first time at Tidal an incredible experience! Incredible customer service and he took time to explain all the benefits of the different washes and memberships. He went above and beyond for me when he didn’t have to and I will definitely keep using my membership as long as he’s there ! 10 out of 10 experience!
WARNING: This place will damage your vehicle and take zero responsibility for it. I brought my brand-new 2025 GMC Yukon Denali through this so-called "car wash," and it came out with deep, severe scratches on the hood and grille - all the way down to the paint. My was family was in Pearland, and a new car wash opened offering free car washes. We drove through although we had a sticker for tidal wave where we live. When we drove through and came out of the Pearland wash, all the bugs were still on our car. Raul at Tidal Wave in El Campo makes my car look new with each wash. We love this place and highly recommend it to others who love to keep up with their car’s appearance. Their customer service is a ten!
