50 ⭐️ I just had to leave this review because the customer service here is amazing — especially from RAUL! I come by every Sunday after church, and he’s always smiling, communicates great, and goes above and beyond every time. Today I didn’t have my wallet and had to back out of line since they take cards only. I asked if I could at least vacuum my car, and Raul kindly said yes — then he surprised me by letting me get my car washed for free! That kind of kindness and customer service is rare these days. Wish I could give 5 stars however my issue is with the car wash not with the employees. The employees are the reason why I’m giving any stars at all. When Tidal Wave first opened in El Campo I was still paying monthly at a car wash in Rosenberg as I am there often, but once I noticed their was a towel dry at the end of the tunnel I decided to give Tidal Wave a try, not only that it’s right down the road from my house so it was much more convenient than my favorite Rosenberg car wash. Truly amazing customer service here. The assistant manager Angel saw that I was having trouble with food that wasted in my car and didn't hesitate to jump in and help me. 10000000/10 recommend
I come here pretty regularly and always have a great experience 😊 The staff is super friendly and helpful, and my car always comes out looking really good. Angel is especially kind and has amazing customer service, he’s always welcoming and makes the whole process easy 👍🚗 You can tell he actually cares about the customers.
Marcus made my first time at Tidal an incredible experience! Incredible customer service and he took time to explain all the benefits of the different washes and memberships. He went above and beyond for me when he didn’t have to and I will definitely keep using my membership as long as he’s there ! 10 out of 10 experience!
