50 ⭐️ I just had to leave this review because the customer service here is amazing — especially from RAUL! I come by every Sunday after church, and he’s always smiling, communicates great, and goes above and beyond every time. Today I didn’t have my wallet and had to back out of line since they take cards only. I asked if I could at least vacuum my car, and Raul kindly said yes — then he surprised me by letting me get my car washed for free! That kind of kindness and customer service is rare these days. Truly amazing customer service here. The assistant manager Angel saw that I was having trouble with food that wasted in my car and didn't hesitate to jump in and help me. 10000000/10 recommend

Marcus made my first time at Tidal an incredible experience! Incredible customer service and he took time to explain all the benefits of the different washes and memberships. He went above and beyond for me when he didn’t have to and I will definitely keep using my membership as long as he’s there ! 10 out of 10 experience!
