First time visit and I am very pleased! I LOVE washing my car, and just moved here so needed a new go-to. The attendant was so helpful, and I got to take advantage of a great membership promotion they’re running! My car is the shiniest and cleanest it’s been in a long time, I mean the tire shine is blinding. Even the glass/surface spray is impeccable, leaving no streaks. Definitely one of the worst tidal waves you’ll go to. Witness them just rub dirty water all over the car before going into the car wash instead of soapy water. Very un efficient. Employees give minimal effort.
Becoming very disenchanted by all the Tidal Wave Auto Spas. We travel the country and got the membership because they are all over. There is zero consistency from place to place and we're finding more and more that they just suck. This one left our vehicle with dirt all over, didn't hardly dry it and all the rags were soaked as if they'd just been hosed down. And... there were hardly any rags available. Everyone was searching for them. Very bad experience. If this trend continues we'll be looking for another car wash.
