Fantastic experience. I went there for the first time today and they did not try to upsell me. I told them what I wanted and they were polite and friendly. She made me aware of all the offerings they had when she greeted me she told me that they could offer me tape to hold up something loose that was on my vehicle. Super friendly safe, my car always comes out sparkling clean. The Facility is well Stocked with window cleaner and cloths. They even offer free air if you need it!
Best car wash ever. I don’t go to anyone else besides tidal waves. Everyone is super friendly and knows exactly what they are doing. I have to give a shout out to the assistant Katy for explaining to me about each wash and what they do upfront. She was the reason why I signed up. Super friendly,sweet and great customer service. Definitely will recommend this place to everyone I know!
