Wonderful service!! It was my family's first wash with Tidal Wave and because they had got struck by lightning the previous day their system was down. Instead of simply closing they provided everyone with a free wash (at the best level they offer). %10000 recommend to anyone looking for a car wash service!!

I had such an amazing experience at this car wash! From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth, efficient, and incredibly well organized. Missed areas when they do their prescrub Response to Owner: I’ve noticed that the pre-scrub step sometimes misses areas, especially bug splatter. I completely understand that when it’s busy and there’s a line of cars, the pre-scrub team may not be able to catch everything. It’s also worth noting that once soap is applied, it becomes much harder to see bug splatter underneath, which makes it even more challenging for staff to spot those areas. Tidal Wave is hands down one of the best car washes around! Their drive-through system is fast, efficient, and offers cleaning options you don’t find at most other washes. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. I come by twice a week and am never disappointed. The entire operation is well organized and runs smoothly every time. Highly recommend if you want quality service and a consistently clean car!

Car wash is great! Good luck trying to cancel your membership though. One of the most shady businesses I've ever dealt with. I have been trying to cancel my membership for a month. They have the website setup so when you enter your account info to cancel, the submit button disappears. I had to do it a different way. And of course it says it submits a ticket and a team member will reach out to you to cancel. Its been over a month. Anytime you call you are on a forever hold.
