I was a member at another local car wash and decided to give this amazing place a try! After my experience from the knowledgeable staff with the flyer and promotions they had going on, plus top tier cleaning experience I ditched the old facility! Happy to be part of the family!

Fantastic experience. I went there for the first time today and they did not try to upsell me. I told them what I wanted and they were polite and friendly. She made me aware of all the offerings they had when she greeted me she told me that they could offer me tape to hold up something loose that was on my vehicle. Her name was Ireland and she was absolutely a gem. The wash was great. I am a monthly member and I use it ! I noticed last two times being there some defective equipment at the Clermont store . I hope this is not going to be the norm. I expierenced both a rear Camera Broken air sprayer ,and a vacuum head not working Cancelled my monthly carwash contract , I lost an antenna in the wash and Then I had a rear Camera issue . But the sticker you put on my windshild took about ten miniutes to take off ... Totally sucked

My experiences at Tidal Wave never fail to impress! Every visit feels like a breath of fresh air, but what truly stands out for me is the interaction with the remarkable employees. Pablo, in particular, is a shining example of kindness and warmth. Engaging with him always leaves me smiling and adds a special touch to my time there.

Love this car wash! Pablo helped us out with upgrading to a family membership and was super friendly. Really enjoy being able to self detail with all the sprays and towels. It is great to have a personal wipe down of the front and rear of the car for all those hard to reach spots that the conveyor can’t get to. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a great car wash!
