Absolutely love this car wash! The water pressure here is way stronger than other places I’ve tried. it really gives your car a deep clean. The towels and vacuums are top-notch, and the whole place is super clean. Plus, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I went here for the grand opening they were doing free car washes. The first time I went through it didn’t wash my car. It didn’t do anything but I believe the girl just didn’t set it. I will give her a pass since they just opened. But the manager had me pull back around and he sent me back through and it washed my car pretty good. **update** Someone did contact me and said there was videos but as of a week now gone by no one is responding to my inquiries to see the evidence or my insurance company. Buyer beware! My adjuster said she has left several messages with no response My car was damaged at this location and I was told by one employee they were at fault another employee told me to get estimates after taking two days off of work and waiting almost a month to get assistance I was told they believed the car had been previously damaged even though I... read more
We had a wonderful experience today at Tidal Wave in Hamilton. The staff was amazing and very nice and even thought the wash didn't get everything off our car and after driving back around to inform the staff they were more then happy to assist by pressure washing the missed areas and gave us another car wash at no expense. We highly reccomend that you come here when ever you need your vehicle washed. 10 STAR Sevice.
