Second time here. Car wash was great. Prices are really competitive. The people working there were really nice, something you don't see often. Austin, Troy and the nice young lady right before you enter the car wash were really welcoming and helpful. Basically it's a great car wash with some great customer service. If I lived in the area, I would definitely buy the membership.

If you want to know with excellent customer service is like come to this car wash and you will meet Bob, Troy and LJ with a smile on their face and wanting nothing more than to make a customer happy. They really are special people. 5 star service and quality car wash.

Just stopped in West Palm Beach FL at the Tidal Wave Carwash. We are members of the business in Georgia but here visiting family. Bob was the guy at the door guiding me in to the tracks that guide the car through. He was super, bringing bug stucco on the white front end of our car from our trip here was a job he took on. The car looks great! No one ever has spent anything close to the amount of time that he did. I have the address set up in our GPS if my wife wants to bring it through too Thanks Bob!

I came on the grand opening. I met with Kevin Abdul and other friendly staff hunny the way they were scrubbing the guys car in front of me and my suv before it entered the wash was A plus! Try it out guys! I hope they don’t mind I took pics. :)

excellent experience here today. austin was super friendly and helpful. everything was clean. the vacuums worked. complimentary towels and cleaner were provided. i loved that there was plenty of shaded areas. this car wash is great!
