Second time here. Car wash was great. Prices are really competitive. The people working there were really nice, something you don't see often. Austin, Troy and the nice young lady right before you enter the car wash were really welcoming and helpful. Basically it's a great car wash with some great customer service. If I lived in the area, I would definitely buy the membership.
If you want to know with excellent customer service is like come to this car wash and you will meet Bob, Troy and LJ with a smile on their face and wanting nothing more than to make a customer happy. They really are special people. 5 star service and quality car wash.
When we arrived, the place was not too busy. The gentleman who was scrubbing the front windshield when we first pulled in, did a fantastic job. He scrubbed the front grill and lights and then the windows and got off 8 hours of driving into bugs. He went above and beyond and I commend him and give him two thumbs up. The car wash itself did a fantastic job as usual and while drying the vehicle we found that there were no bugs or blemishes from the drive after running it through the wash. Found my new favorite car wash place! They don’t try to push you on the monthly service which is such a relief. Scrubbed my car down before it even went through the wash, and all of the cleaning supply’s at the vacuums were nicely organized and great vaccums! My new spot!
excellent experience here today. austin was super friendly and helpful. everything was clean. the vacuums worked. complimentary towels and cleaner were provided. i loved that there was plenty of shaded areas. this car wash is great!
