Second time here. Car wash was great. Prices are really competitive. The people working there were really nice, something you don't see often. Austin, Troy and the nice young lady right before you enter the car wash were really welcoming and helpful. Basically it's a great car wash with some great customer service. If I lived in the area, I would definitely buy the membership.
If you want to know with excellent customer service is like come to this car wash and you will meet Bob, Troy and LJ with a smile on their face and wanting nothing more than to make a customer happy. They really are special people. 5 star service and quality car wash.
Everyone here is so friendly! The manager especially is really such a kind man. The wash does a great job and you get to use the vacuums after. The suction is no joke so make sure if you have anything important you don't put it in the vacuums way lol will def be using this car wash more often.
Just stopped in West Palm Beach FL at the Tidal Wave Carwash. We are members of the business in Georgia but here visiting family. Bob was the guy at the door guiding me in to the tracks that guide the car through. He was super, bringing bug stucco on the white front end of our car from our trip here was a job he took on. The car looks great! No one ever has spent anything close to the amount of time that he did. I have the address set up in our GPS if my wife wants to bring it through too Thanks Bob!
When we arrived, the place was not too busy. The gentleman who was scrubbing the front windshield when we first pulled in, did a fantastic job. He scrubbed the front grill and lights and then the windows and got off 8 hours of driving into bugs. He went above and beyond and I commend him and give him two thumbs up. The car wash itself did a fantastic job as usual and while drying the vehicle we found that there were no bugs or blemishes from the drive after running it through the wash.
