Great covered vacuum setup for your car. However, the top of the line wash still left some unclean spots and didn’t look like it touched the back window. (Went on 3/10 during some free wash they were given out)
This is where I’ll keep going… loved the finished job! Staff was eager to do a great job and just as eager to welcome us to the new business! Pick your package, either way it’s gonna be good!
This carwash location in early Texas is great when it comes to the washing of your car and the vacuums. But I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Beware, do not try to cancel your monthly subscription because it is a pain. I reached out to tidal wave corporate on April 18th to cancel my monthly subscription, I submitted a ticket and was informed someone would get to me within 7 to 10 days. Got the top of the list car wash and still left spots and didn't clean the running boards.
The staff was absolutely amazing, and getting a free car wash for the launch was an awesome way to get the name out! Just based off of the staff I went ahead and purchased a membership before even going through! The vacuums are amazing and I’ve never seen my car so clean! My car was so dirty after all of the dust in the air, so I wasn’t surprised that my windshield didn’t get completely clean. HOWEVER, I will recommend this car wash to everyone I know!
