I REALLY needed to like this place. I can't. We are in our 60's, live on a dirt road, and don't have the energy to wash our car every week the way it needs to be done. We bought a new 2026 Toyota RAV4 and the most expensive annual wash package Tidal Wave has. With less than 6000 miles on the new car we regret the wash package. Our tail lights and wheels are covered in micro scratches. I believe the tail light scratches are caused by the brushes the attendants use during the pre wash. My girl has been hit on by the manager. Says he is the owner. Some hispanic guy. Then his employee Steven Quintana hit on her too. If you have an attractive lady, they're going to try to get at her. Go across the street. Stay away from this place
