I been a member for about 8 months now at the Nine Mile Road Tidal Wave! The staff is super friendly, fast, and make the whole visit easy from start to finish. My car always comes out looking spotless—way cleaner than I expected for how quick the process was. The vacuums have the greatest suction in the Pensacola area, the facility is well-kept, and everything felt really organized. Freddie is awesome! Super friendly, hardworking, and always goes the extra mile to make sure your car looks great. Excellent service every time—he’s a real asset to the team!
THE WORST SERVICE! Pulled into the prep bay. Gets asked to remove pressure washer hose out of back of vehicle which was absolutely correct and I forgot to remove and he politely removed it. Good service! Then proceeds to push my $400 cooler against my $1000 dollar toolbox that’s painted diamond plate. I asked the worker to please not scratch my cooler or my toolbox and that it should be fine where it was at in the middle of my truck bed and he stated it has to be up against the toolbox. I was greeted by an upbeat attentive employee by the name of Freddie. He helped me to feel taken care of as he promptly and thoroughly gave my car it's initial soaped brushing. I naturally will be a return customer as I left with a better feeling than when I arrived.
Usually I’m not a fan of these things but the value was great and this guy named Freddie was the best! He was so kind and they took great care of my truck. I’d definitely come back to see Freddie and get my ride looking clean
