THE WORST SERVICE! Pulled into the prep bay. Gets asked to remove pressure washer hose out of back of vehicle which was absolutely correct and I forgot to remove and he politely removed it. Good service! Then proceeds to push my $400 cooler against my $1000 dollar toolbox that’s painted diamond plate. I asked the worker to please not scratch my cooler or my toolbox and that it should be fine where it was at in the middle of my truck bed and he stated it has to be up against the toolbox. This is the best car wash ever. I have never been through an automated car wash that cleaned so thoroughly. The staff is wonderful. Manager Eric was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommendation!
HORRIBLE!! I joined the carwash club when they first opened and service was great. Now service is horrible at best, the air hoses have not worked in over three weeks, the covered vaccum areas are never cleaned, you have more people using the free vaccums and not getting carwashes and the employees take up four to five covered spots.
