Started out as a good wash when opened. Just came through and the human washer washed my left mirror, left windshield and left grill. Nothing on the right and nothing on the back at all. Have already canceled membership which took 19 days to do that. No longer worth it.
I will be back I like that the soap down areas that have alot of dirt so as you go through the Machine it will clean better, friendly staff.
I always have a positive experience when going to tidal wave! I’ve been about 5 times since it opened in Rome. But I wanted to give a praise to the manager Johnny. I went today and as I was pulling into the wash, he was the one ‘spot washing’ the cars going in. I watched as he thoroughly washed the cars BEFORE going through the machine. Front, back and sides.
