Started out as a good wash when opened. Just came through and the human washer washed my left mirror, left windshield and left grill. Nothing on the right and nothing on the back at all. Have already canceled membership which took 19 days to do that. No longer worth it.
My car is spick and span for me to have only gotten a $12 wash
I have often had a good experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa. This location is one of the best experiences I have had. The facilities were excellent, and customer service was wonderful. One of the site assistant managers, Chris, went out of his way to assist me with an administrative concern regarding my membership. I’m very grateful. I’m from Texas, passing through Rome…. My experience was so outstanding that I wanted to share. Thank you.
The employees are truly amazing!!! Vacuums worked great. And everyone was extremely friendly. They have all the equipment you need to get your car looking shiny. Definitely a 10/10. We will most certainly be back!!!!!!
I drive a beater that really might just fall apart in a car wash, but I needed to clean out the interior prior to a road trip. The young men that work at Tidal Wave Auto Spa let me know that they have a vacuum only for $5 so I did not have to risk the bumper falling off in the wash!
