Bait and switch. offered cheap promo price for a year but it didn't renew after a month and when I asked if I could still have same plan. I was told that I could but was charged $49 on my card instead of $17.99. buyer beware. scam artists.

The Auburn New York location will definitely give you the best clean vehicle. But they are pathetic they are closed due to breakdowns and weather related issues more than anyone tunnel in Auburn. They bring a southern state design and expected to work in northern states. Everything inside freezes so they have to close constantly. I was told they were bringing in new all weathered doors and that still hasn’t happened. ⚠️PLEASE SHARE: DO NOT 🚫, and I mean do not go to the new Tidal Wave car wash in Auburn, NY. The front piece of our truck was ripped off by the big buffer at the end of the wash. Literally had to pick it up off the ground. The manager, Todd, told us to go get a couple of estimates for the damage. The next day, he claims there is no proof and to go shit in a hat. $70,000 new truck, and according to him, they are not liable for that damage.
