⚠️PLEASE SHARE: DO NOT 🚫, and I mean do not go to the new Tidal Wave car wash in Auburn, NY. The front piece of our truck was ripped off by the big buffer at the end of the wash. Literally had to pick it up off the ground. The manager, Todd, told us to go get a couple of estimates for the damage. The next day, he claims there is no proof and to go shit in a hat. $70,000 new truck, and according to him, they are not liable for that damage.
