Today was opening day and the washes were completely free! I loved how friendly and kind all of the workers were, especially Jonathan when he was explaining all of the different wash options, I'm on the older side so I dont understand much technology terms and things but he took the time to thoroughly explain what each wash involves and which one would give me the better experience for my money. Yas was amazing! She was so helpful with making sure my needs for my vehicle was met! They have free vacuums here as well! Definitely will be back.
Went to tidal for the first time didn’t know what to except. I was greeted by Yas who was extremely helpful on talking me thru the process. She had the best welcoming smile I’ve ever seen my entire 25 years living in Aruban. I’m so excited to have tidal wave in the community.
Tidewave is a fantastic new addition to Auburn. The wash is quick, thorough, and leaves my car spotless, and the staff is professional and welcoming especially Yas. Easily the best car wash experience in the area.
