Last 2 times I wanted to stop by they have been closed because the door won't open. The 2 previous times before that the spinning scrubber that gets the top of the vehicle were not working so the whole hood and top of my vehicle didn't get clean. You just opened! Very nice people. Not dismissive when you voice concerns. I have been looking for ages for a subscription based "touchless" carwash. They have neoprene brushes they can turn low or off so you don't get all scratched up. K&S (auburn local owned) did some serious damage to my paint job, but this place is probably like 10x less likely to ever damage your clear coat. Absolutely terrible. I really don’t understand how someone invests over a million dollars in a brand new car wash and chooses one that is so damaging. I have no idea how people understand so little about washing cars. Way, WAY too many brushes that touch the car. Full swirling and hologramming. These are basic concepts of what not to do to a clear coat. Think about it. Came here after moving to the area and all the delta sonics in Syracuse being sub par. Met brian who I think is the manager and he was sooo Nice. Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Prices are super reasonable and the car wash made my car look way better. Best thing is they actually have nice self vacuuming included. 10/10 recommend
I really like the wash and the vacuums. Love the mix of different vacuums and the compressed air. I have two kids so that’s a GameChanger to me haha Giving four stars because I stopped in to try it for the first time and planned to sign up for a monthly plan. I noticed there were a couple cars at the wash so I vacuumed my car first. A male employee came over with a pretty rude tone to tell me if I didn’t get a car wash it would be $5 to vacuum.
