I recently visited Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Kissimmee and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. Karla stood out in particular. She helped me choose the right wash and made sure everything was set up correctly before I went through. I had a great experience at this car wash! The service was fast, thorough, and my car looked spotless afterward. A special shoutout to Karla she was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done perfectly. You can tell she really cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Definitely coming back again
Karla and Amy were the best !!! They were so nice and helpful ! They even asked if I needed help with cleaning my car after the wash! I will definitely be returning to this location 🥰 You guys are amazing!!
The service here is amazing! I paid for the top wash and there was still a big stain on the side of the car, being a little worried about it, I talked to Justin and him and Fabi offered to wash the stain off by hand! I was super grateful for that and will definitely come back
I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Jay and the whole process was quick and easy. My car came out looking spotless — the wash did an amazing job getting rid of dirt and leaving a nice shine. The facility was clean and well organized, and the free vacuums were a huge bonus. Definitely one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone who wants their car looking brand new!
