I recently visited Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Kissimmee and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. Karla stood out in particular. She helped me choose the right wash and made sure everything was set up correctly before I went through. Her customer service attitude made a big difference. 🙂 (Smile Face) The wash did an excellent job and my vehicle came out very clean with a nice shine.
