I recently visited Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Kissimmee and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. Karla stood out in particular. She helped me choose the right wash and made sure everything was set up correctly before I went through. Karla and Amy were the best !!! They were so nice and helpful ! They even asked if I needed help with cleaning my car after the wash! I will definitely be returning to this location 🥰 You guys are amazing!!
The service here is amazing! I paid for the top wash and there was still a big stain on the side of the car, being a little worried about it, I talked to Justin and him and Fabi offered to wash the stain off by hand! I was super grateful for that and will definitely come back
I’ve been to a lot of car washes, but Tidal Wave Auto Spa really stands out. The whole process is smooth, quick, and my car always comes out looking brand new.What really made my experience was Karla. She is genuinely an amazing person super friendly, helpful, and you can tell she actually cares about the customers. The attendants are always extremely friendly and helpful. Amy hand scrubbed the love bugs off of our car and left us a smiley face on our window! I’ve never seen this kind of service at another car wash. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!
