I have been coming to Tidal Car Wash in Kissimmee, and I must say, the experience is always fantastic! The standout for me was Amy, who is always exceptionally professional and friendly. She greets customers with a warm smile and is helpful throughout the entire process. The attention to detail in the car wash is evident, leaving my vehicle looking spotless. If you're looking for a car wash that combines quality service with a personal touch, I highly recommend visiting.
I went to this car wash yesterday for the second time and my experience exceeded my expectations. The area to vacuum your car and wipe dry your car are fully stocked with clean rags, window cleaner and covered so you are out of the sun. . Amy, the manager, came over to see if I was happy with my car wash and when I pointed out the tire shine was a little spotty she offered to manually do them over. She personally shined all four tires and asked if I liked them now. That is very good customer service.
Tidal Wave car wash has been a great experience each time I come in. Friendly team members who are knowledgeable about their product and know about the best deals! If the economy weren’t so awful, I’d be paying monthly, but I value the results, so I come when I can! I’d recommend it!
Always great service at a great price. Amy was very personable and runs a clean and very professional location. One of the best memberships ever! Our car is sooo happy!!
Since they've opened this location this is my go to car wash. The general manager Amy even made sure my tires were perfectly shined and offered to power wash my floor mats. Excellent service every time!
