Very nice brand new car wash spot. They were giving away their most expensive car wash package for free!!! I couldn’t say no…lol As soon as you pull up, you’re greeted with a smile. The young lady who helped me was very informative on all the detail packages. They personally scrubbed my front bumper which I thought was pretty cool. The tunnel was very nice. Great car wash. Customer service was amazing. They helped with setting up the monthly plan and explained it very good. They offered to remove my old stickers that i had from other carwashes. Their vacuums are very strong and the carwash is very good aswell.
I was ready to take advantage of the "buy a wash, get a month free" promo, but the deal-breaker was the requirement to place a large, adhesive membership sticker on my windshield. As someone with a tinted windshield (common in FL), applying an adhesive sticker is not an option, as it can damage the tint. It's a shame, because the facility itself is nice. Competitive pricing from other automatic car washes around Tampa. This is the best automatic car wash to open in Brandon and by the looks of it will be a smashing success. From the moment I pulled in, I was impressed! The staff was friendly, bubbly, and super helpful. It’s clear they genuinely enjoy what they do. The shaded, covered area for vacuuming was such a nice touch, especially on a sunny day. I also loved the thoughtful extras like the clips to hang your mats, plus complimentary glass cleaner and towels. Honestly, I originally planned to just try out the promotional period and cancel afterward… but Tidal Wave Auto Spa just gained a loyal member! 🚗✨
