Very nice brand new car wash spot. They were giving away their most expensive car wash package for free!!! I couldn’t say no…lol As soon as you pull up, you’re greeted with a smile. The young lady who helped me was very informative on all the detail packages. They personally scrubbed my front bumper which I thought was pretty cool. The tunnel was very nice. Great car wash. Customer service was amazing. They helped with setting up the monthly plan and explained it very good. They offered to remove my old stickers that i had from other carwashes. Their vacuums are very strong and the carwash is very good aswell.
I absolutely love this place. If you have ever been to a car wash and thought if they had this or that it would be better. They have it all! Towels, all purpose cleaners, pressure gun and 2 types of vacuums and best if all air for your tires that are automatic. I did not get a membership and I am beating myself up about it and the staff were super friendly. Thank you tidal wave i will be back. Best of brandon and tampa!
Really happy with the wash! My truck looks really great! The wash Tunnel was AMAZING the big polisher brush at the end of the tunnel was a NICE touch 👌 Also the vacuum area is HUGE always had a problem of parking in the vacuum areas at other washes but Not here over two dozen parking spot the BEST part it's fully covered from the hot sun and has plenty of towels and cleaners. The customer experience 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I will be back!
All the employees were very helpful; showing us how to guide our car through the washes. All areas clean, and well stocked.
