Dr. David Jaffe is an EXCELLENT Dermatologist. You can sense that he really cares about his patients health and well being. He is a very Skilled, patient, kind, caring, compassionate and devoted doctor. He has excellent listening skills. He takes the time to answer all of your questions. Jen is very thorough and extremely helpful to all of her patients. She takes the time with her patients, and answers all of our questions. She is wonderful with all ages, I now take both of my daughters to see her as well.
I have seen Dr. Jaffe for more than 12 years. He listens well: Give you all the attention you need. Explains procedures before beginning and allows questions you may have. Very Thorough as if he was taking care of his own family. Highly recommend
I highly recommend Dr. Jaffe. It might take some time to get on his busy schedule, but having him as your Dermatologist is well worth the wait.
I give Dr. Jaffe credit for the compassionate care he's given our son. His skin is clearing up and he has much more confidence because of it!
Tried to make an appointment with Dr,. Jaffe. Explained to the person answering the phone that I have had had a full body rash going on four weeks causing a lot of pain and burning sensation. She told me Dr. Jaffe was booked out to August and had no openings. I said I was retired and could come in if a cancellation came up. Her reply was his office did not call persons for appointments when cancellations happen and that would would have to keep calling back.
I saw Jaffe in Santa Fe for nearly 3 years. All that time I got worse and worse. Finally I decided to drive the 2-1/2 to 3 hour round trip to a doctor in Albuquerque who immediately diagnosed my primary problem as caused by some of the meds Jaffe prescribed. The new Dr. took me off those meds, I immediately improved, and continue to improve 2 years later. I can explain why Jaffe misdiagnosed and mistreated me, but considering the suffering he caused, I'm not saying without compensation.

I am surprised and very sorry to hear this, and ask that you consider calling my office and letting me know your name so I can look into your case closely. This strikes me as unusual, and if your suffering was in any way my doing, I'd certainly like to learn from it. Our goal, of course, is always to help patients get better, not worse. I have been in health care for many years and have rarely encountered such rude front desk staff. I can overcome the fact that the office looks like a run down mobile home on the inside and the fact that you are rushed in and out of the appointment like cattle through a meat packing plant. What I can't believe is how rude the front desk receptionist was to my family. I will not be going back.
