First, I want to take the time to thank the staff at Tiger Tails for taking such amazing care of my Daisy! Two weeks ago, Daisy experienced an emergency (not going into details, but it was extremely traumatic for her and myself) we rushed her to the urgent care, got her immediate care and were told to follow up with her vet. Even better I live 10 minutes away and you specialize in cats. When my cat got sick, we scheduled an appointment but she got worse before then so you squeezed me in same day as we worried about her worsening condition. We love how thorough and time efficient our service was. The vet(s) and technicians addressed all our concerns and although Basil is anxious about coming to the vet, they take very good care with him. I love how they ask before giving treats since Basil has a somewhat sensitive stomach, which is very considerate of them. Tiger Tails will always be our go-to vet as long as we live here.
Dr. Zack at Tiger Tails Animal Hospital is THE BEST vet I have ever had the privilege to recommend! Our dog had a terminal diagnosis. Other vets wouldn’t even see him. Dr.Zack not only saw him, he help our boy gain an additional year of quality life. When the time came, he was there with us to say goodbye with grace and comfort. Thank you Dr. Zack!
Dr. Kim and the Tiger Tails team helped us through an incredibly hard diagnosis and the care of our dog, Phyllis, toward the end of her life. She was so compassionate and clearly cares so much about the animals she treats. She helped us understand the prognosis in a clear and gentle way and made the last few months we had with our girl as comfortable and happy as possible.
