I went in to open my very first bank account and I have been told pretty good reviews about Timberland Bank as a whole. But upon my arrival to this location I was not greeted at all, just looked at by one grumpy teller, and the same teller was behind her desk and couldn’t pay one bit of attention to anybody coming in waiting for her to get done with what she was doing. After everyone else said they could get our (large) Land and Construction loan done and then failed to perform; I was more than skeptical about trying again with Richard Pichler at Timberland. To our delight, not only did he do what he said he was going to do, he did it FASTER. I can't begin to express how happy we are with the Richard and Timberland Bank in general. I applied to open a bank account and they sent an email that looked like I got approved but when I called they said I was declined. It seems that they give you false information I would not trust this bank
