The new manager in your office is horrible. She is very rude and she talks down on people. When she was asked to give corporate number and email she refused 3 times. Until the 4th time she gave me the wrong email. She also gave me her supervisor number which I found out was not her supervisor. She let maintenance in another resident home without permission when the resident signed a form saying she did not want anyone in her apartment without her permission. This place is a terrible place to live i wouldn't want my dog living there and the fact that i didn't have a handle on my bedroom door and took over a month to get fixed my shower head was broke and it took 9 days to get fixed my sink leaked in the kitchen took 4 weeks to get fixed the gutters were filled with leaves when it rained water would pour on to the patio And giving me a speeding violation when I don't have a car or license the management is very prejudical
These apartments have really great office staff. I have been on the search for housing that takes vouchers and this place has been the only place I have been able to get a hold of. All the other places have no staff in office nor do they respond to calls or emails. But here at times corners they answer the phones, I was able to get on the list for up coming apartments, the lady in the office explained everything to me and was very kind. KAREN HAS BEEN AMAZING!! I REALLY APPRECIATE HOW STRAIGHT FORWARD SHE. ALSO THE MAINTENANCE GUY COMES RIGHT OUT AND DOES HIS JOB. WHAT A GREAT LIVING EXPERIENCE, I LOVE LIVING HERE!!!
Horrible horrible apartments. The kids run around like it's a jungle! Throwing rocks at everything they see. Animals, people, apartment doors, cars, probably their own mama! It's dirty!
